href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/food\/food-facility-registration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FDA \u98df\u54c1\u8a2d\u65bd\u8a3b\u518a\u898f\u5b9a<\/a>{:target=&#8221;_blank&#8221;},<strong>\u8a2d\u65bd\u8a3b\u518a\u7fa9\u52d9\u50c5\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u300c\u88fd\u9020\u3001\u52a0\u5de5\u3001\u5305\u88dd\u6216\u5009\u5132\u4f9b\u7f8e\u570b\u6d88\u8cbb\u7684\u98df\u54c1\u300d\u7684\u5546\u696d\u6027\u8a2d\u65bd<\/strong>\u3002\u82e5\u90f5\u5bc4\u5c0f\u5305\u5c6c\u65bc\u500b\u4eba\u81ea\u7528\u6216\u975e\u5546\u696d\u6027\u8cea\u7684\u79ae\u54c1,\u901a\u5e38\u4e0d\u9700\u8981 FDA \u8a2d\u65bd\u8a3b\u518a;\u4f46\u82e5\u5c6c\u65bc\u5546\u696d\u92b7\u552e\u884c\u70ba(\u5982\u900f\u904e\u96fb\u5546\u5e73\u53f0\u3001\u4ee3\u8cfc\u670d\u52d9),\u5373\u4f7f\u63a1\u7528\u5c0f\u5305\u88f9\u5f62\u5f0f\u5bc4\u9001,\u4ecd\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u5546\u696d\u9032\u53e3,\u9700\u7b26\u5408 FDA \u6cd5\u898f\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5be6\u52d9\u4e0a,\u53f0\u7063\u8ce3\u5bb6\u5e38\u8aa4\u4ee5\u70ba\u300c\u5c0f\u5305\u88f9=\u500b\u4eba\u5305\u88f9=\u514d\u8a3b\u518a\u300d,\u4f46 <strong>\u7f8e\u570b\u6d77\u95dc(CBP)\u8207 FDA \u6703\u4f9d\u64da\u5305\u88f9\u983b\u7387\u3001\u6578\u91cf\u3001\u6536\u4ef6\u4eba\u985e\u578b\u7b49\u56e0\u7d20\u5224\u65b7\u5546\u696d\u6027\u8cea<\/strong>,\u82e5\u88ab\u8a8d\u5b9a\u70ba\u5546\u696d\u9032\u53e3\u537b\u672a\u5b8c\u6210\u8a3b\u518a,\u53ef\u80fd\u9762\u81e8\u6263\u95dc\u6216\u9000\u904b\u98a8\u96aa\u3002<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>\u70ba\u4f55\u53f0\u7063\u8ce3\u5bb6\u5bb9\u6613\u6df7\u6dc6\u9019\u5169\u8005?<\/h2>\n<p>\u8a31\u591a\u53f0\u7063\u98df\u54c1\u8ce3\u5bb6\u521d\u671f\u900f\u904e\u570b\u969b\u5feb\u905e\u6216\u90f5\u653f\u5c0f\u5305\u6e2c\u8a66\u7f8e\u570b\u5e02\u5834,\u56e0\u5305\u88f9\u9ad4\u7a4d\u5c0f\u3001\u55ae\u6b21\u50f9\u503c\u4f4e,\u8aa4\u4ee5\u70ba\u53ef\u898f\u907f FDA \u6cd5\u898f\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u8aa4\u89e3\u4e3b\u8981\u6e90\u81ea\u4e09\u500b\u56e0\u7d20:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>\u5305\u88f9\u5f62\u5f0f\u8207\u6cd5\u898f\u7fa9\u52d9\u7684\u6df7\u6dc6<\/strong>:\u8a8d\u70ba\u300c\u5c0f\u5305\u88f9=\u500b\u4eba\u6027\u8cea=\u514d\u8a3b\u518a\u300d,\u5ffd\u7565\u5546\u696d\u610f\u5716\u5224\u5b9a\u6a19\u6e96<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u77ed\u671f\u50e5\u5016\u5fc3\u614b<\/strong>:\u521d\u671f\u5c0f\u91cf\u5bc4\u9001\u672a\u88ab\u67e5\u9a57,\u8aa4\u4ee5\u70ba\u53ef\u9577\u671f\u898f\u907f<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u7f3a\u4e4f\u5c0d FSMA \u6cd5\u898f\u7684\u7406\u89e3<\/strong>:\u4e0d\u6e05\u695a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/food\/food-safety-modernization-act-fsma\/fsma-final-rule-preventive-controls-human-food\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FSMA \u9810\u9632\u6027\u63a7\u5236\u898f\u5247<\/a>{:target=&#8221;_blank&#8221;} \u5c0d\u5546\u696d\u6027\u98df\u54c1\u9032\u53e3\u7684\u56b4\u683c\u8981\u6c42<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u82e5\u5c1a\u672a\u5efa\u7acb\u5c0d FDA \u98df\u54c1\u8a3b\u518a\u5236\u5ea6\u7684\u6574\u9ad4\u7406\u89e3,\u5efa\u8b70\u5148\u5f9e\u5b8c\u6574\u7e3d\u89bd\u5165\u624b,\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u5f8c\u7e8c\u5224\u65b7\u4e0d\u540c\u60c5\u5883\u8207\u57f7\u884c\u5dee\u7570\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 <strong>FDA \u98df\u54c1\u8a3b\u518a\u5b8c\u6574\u6307\u5357|\u53f0\u7063\u98df\u54c1\u51fa\u53e3\u7f8e\u570b\u5fc5\u8b80(2026 \u6700\u65b0)<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/greenoo.tw\/zh\/fda-food-registration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/greenoo.tw\/fda-food-registration\/<\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>FDA \u98df\u54c1\u8a3b\u518a\u8207\u90f5\u5bc4\u5c0f\u5305\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u5dee\u7570<\/h2>\n<h3>\u5dee\u7570\u4e00:\u6cd5\u898f\u9069\u7528\u5c0d\u8c61\u4e0d\u540c<\/h3>\n<p><strong>FDA \u98df\u54c1\u8a2d\u65bd\u8a3b\u518a<\/strong>\u91dd\u5c0d\u7684\u662f\u300c\u8a2d\u65bd(Facility)\u300d,\u800c\u975e\u300c\u5305\u88f9\u300d\u3002\u4f9d\u64da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecfr.gov\/current\/title-21\/section-1.226\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CFR Title 21 \u00a7 1.226<\/a>{:target=&#8221;_blank&#8221;},\u9700\u8a3b\u518a\u7684\u8a2d\u65bd\u5305\u62ec:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u88fd\u9020\u6216\u52a0\u5de5\u98df\u54c1\u7684\u5de5\u5ee0<\/li>\n<li>\u5305\u88dd\u6216\u91cd\u65b0\u5305\u88dd\u98df\u54c1\u7684\u8a2d\u65bd<\/li>\n<li>\u5009\u5132\u4f9b\u7f8e\u570b\u6d88\u8cbb\u98df\u54c1\u7684\u5009\u5eab<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u90f5\u5bc4\u5c0f\u5305<\/strong>\u5247\u662f\u904b\u8f38\u65b9\u5f0f,\u672c\u8eab\u4e0d\u6c7a\u5b9a\u662f\u5426\u9700\u8981\u8a3b\u518a,\u95dc\u9375\u5728\u65bc\u5305\u88f9\u80cc\u5f8c\u7684\u300c\u8a2d\u65bd\u6027\u8cea\u300d\u8207\u300c\u5546\u696d\u610f\u5716\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u5dee\u7570\u4e8c:\u5546\u696d\u6027\u8cea\u5224\u5b9a\u6a19\u6e96<\/h3>\n<p>\u7f8e\u570b\u6d77\u95dc(CBP)\u8207 \u8981\u6c42(\u71df\u990a\u6a19\u793a\u3001\u904e\u654f\u539f\u6a19\u793a)<\/li>\n<li>\u7533\u5831\u54c1\u540d\u8207\u5be6\u969b\u5167\u5bb9\u4e0d\u7b26<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u274c
