Registry\uff08\u4e9e\u99ac\u905c\u54c1\u724c\u8a3b\u518a\uff09\u5f37\u5236\u8981\u6c42\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b<strong>\u5df2\u6838\u51c6\u8a3b\u518a\u7684\u5546\u6a19\u865f\u78bc<\/strong>\uff0c\u672a\u5b8c\u6210USPTO\u5546\u6a19\u8a3b\u518a\u7684\u53f0\u7063\u8ce3\u5bb6\u7121\u6cd5\u901a\u904e\u5e73\u53f0\u5be9\u6838\u3002\u9019\u9805\u653f\u7b56\u81ea2017\u5e74Amazon Brand Registry 2.0\u7248\u672c\u5be6\u65bd\u5f8c\u5373\u56b4\u683c\u57f7\u884c\uff0c\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u78ba\u4fdd\u54c1\u724c\u4fdd\u8b77\u6a5f\u5236\u7684\u771f\u5be6\u6027\u8207\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6548\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53f0\u7063\u8de8\u5883\u96fb\u5546\u8ce3\u5bb6\u5e38\u8aa4\u4ee5\u70ba\u300cTM\u6a19\u793a\u300d\u6216\u300c\u5546\u6a19\u7533\u8acb\u4e2d\u300d\u5373\u53ef\u8a3b\u518a\uff0c\u4f46Amazon\u660e\u78ba\u8981\u6c42\u5fc5\u9808\u662f<strong>\u5df2\u6838\u51c6\u7684\u8a3b\u518a\u5546\u6a19\uff08\u00ae\uff09<\/strong>\uff0c\u4e14\u8a72\u5546\u6a19\u5fc5\u9808\u5728Amazon\u92b7\u552e\u6240\u5728\u570b\u5bb6\/\u5730\u5340\u5177\u6709\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6548\u529b\uff08\u5982\u7f8e\u570b\u7ad9\u9700\u8981USPTO\u5546\u6a19\u3001\u6b50\u6d32\u7ad9\u9700\u8981EUIPO\u5546\u6a19\uff09\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u898f\u5283\u9032\u8ecdAmazon\u5e02\u5834\u7684\u53f0\u7063\u54c1\u724c\u4e3b\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u63d0\u524d6-12\u500b\u6708\u555f\u52d5USPTO\u5546\u6a19\u8a3b\u518a\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u9806\u5229\u5b8c\u6210\u54c1\u724c\u8a3b\u518a\u4e26\u555f\u7528\u5e73\u53f0\u4fdd\u8b77\u5de5\u5177\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u66f4\u591a\u5546\u6a19\u8a3b\u518a\u6c7a\u7b56\u8a55\u4f30\uff0c\u8acb\u53c3\u8003<a TM\u6a19\u793a\u50c5\u8868\u793a\u8a72\u6a19\u8b58\u6b63\u88ab\u4f5c\u70ba\u5546\u6a19\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u4f46<strong>\u4e0d\u4ee3\u8868\u5df2\u5728USPTO\u5b8c\u6210\u8a3b\u518a<\/strong>\u3002Amazon\u8981\u6c42\u5fc5\u9808\u662f<strong>\u00ae\u6a19\u793a\uff08Registered Trademark\uff09<\/strong>\uff0c\u5373\u5df2\u53d6\u5f97\u806f\u90a6\u8a3b\u518a\u8b49\u7684\u5546\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f9d\u64da<a
