\u00a72.11(a)\u898f\u5b9a\uff09\u3001<strong>\uff083\uff09\u63d0\u4f9b\u6709\u6548\u7684\u7f8e\u570b\u9001\u9054\u5730\u5740<\/strong>\u3002\u8a31\u591a\u53f0\u7063\u696d\u8005\u8aa4\u4ee5\u70ba\u9700\u5148\u8a2d\u7acb\u7f8e\u570b\u516c\u53f8\u624d\u80fd\u4fdd\u8b77\u54c1\u724c\uff0c\u5be6\u969b\u4e0aUSPTO\u5c0d\u5916\u570b\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u8981\u6c42\u662f\u300c\u5546\u6a19\u4f7f\u7528\u8b49\u660e\u300d\u8207\u300c\u5f8b\u5e2b\u4ee3\u7406\u300d\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u516c\u53f8\u8a3b\u518a\u8eab\u4efd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u9805\u898f\u5b9a\u8b93\u53f0\u7063\u4e2d\u5c0f\u4f01\u696d\u3001\u4e9e\u99ac\u905c\u8ce3\u5bb6\u3001Shopify\u7368\u7acb\u7ad9\u7d93\u71df\u8005\uff0c\u90fd\u80fd\u5728\u8de8\u5883\u92b7\u552e\u521d\u671f\u5373\u5efa\u7acb\u54c1\u724c\u4fdd\u8b77\uff0c\u7121\u9700\u627f\u64d4\u7f8e\u570b\u516c\u53f8\u8a2d\u7acb\u8207\u7dad\u8b77\u6210\u672c\u3002<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n\u90e8\u5206\u8ce3\u5bb6\u56e0\u4e9e\u99ac\u905c\u54c1\u724c\u8a3b\u518a\uff08Amazon Brand Registry\uff09\u8981\u6c42\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\u6a19\u8a3b\u518a\u8b49\u660e\uff0c\u8aa4\u4ee5\u70ba\u9700\u5148\u6709\u7f8e\u570b\u516c\u53f8\u624d\u80fd\u7533\u8acb\u5546\u6a19\u3002\u5be6\u969b\u4e0a\u4e9e\u99ac\u905c\u63a5\u53d7\u5916\u570b\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u6301\u6709\u7684USPTO\u8a3b\u518a\u5546\u6a19\uff0c\u7121\u9700\u7f8e\u570b\u516c\u53f8\u8eab\u4efd\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4ee3\u7406\u670d\u52d9\u7684\u4e0d\u7576\u5efa\u8b70<\/strong><br \/>\n\u90e8\u5206\u5546\u6a19\u4ee3\u7406\u670d\u52d9\u70ba\u589e\u52a0\u71df\u6536\uff0c\u6703\u5efa\u8b70\u5ba2\u6236\u300c\u5148\u6210\u7acb\u7f8e\u570b\u516c\u53f8\u518d\u7533\u8acb\u5546\u6a19\u300d\uff0c\u4f46\u9019\u4e26\u975eUSPTO\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u6839\u64daUSPTO\u5b98\u65b9\u8aaa\u660e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uspto.gov\/trademarks\/apply\/filing-online\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.uspto.gov\/trademarks\/apply\/filing-online<\/a>\uff0c\u5916\u570b\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u53ea\u9700\u7b26\u5408\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u8207\u4f7f\u7528\u8b49\u660e\u8981\u6c42\u5373\u53ef\u7533\u8acb\u3002<\/p>\n<hr
