(EEE)\u7b49\uff0c\u6216\u70ba\u60a8\u92b7\u552e\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u63d0\u4f9b\u5305\u88dd\uff08\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7c21\u7a31\u201cEPR\u985e\u5225\u201d\uff09\uff0c\u5247\u6839\u64da\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u76f8\u95dc\u6cd5\u5f8b\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u60a8\u61c9\u5c65\u884c\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\u5ef6\u4f38\u7684\u5408\u898f\u7fa9\u52d9\uff08EPR\uff0c\u5168\u7a31\u70baExtended Producer Responsibility\uff09\u3002EPR\u8981\u6c42\u7522\u54c1\u5236\u9020\u5546\u3001\u9032\u53e3\u5546\u6216\u5c07\u7522\u54c1\u5f15\u5165\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u5e02\u5834\u7684\u4eba\u61c9\u8ca0\u8cac\u5176\u751f\u7522\u6216\u92b7\u552e\u7684\u7279\u5b9a\u985e\u5225\u7522\u54c1\u6216\u76f8\u95dc\u6750\u6599\u7684\u5831\u5ee2\u56de\u6536\u7ba1\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EPR\u7fa9\u52d9\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\uff081\uff09\u91dd\u5c0d\u60a8\u92b7\u552e\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u6d89\u53ca\u7684EPR\u985e\u5225\u5411\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\u7d44\u7e54 (PRO)\u6ce8\u518a\u4e26\u7372\u53d6\u60a8\u7684\u6709\u6548\u6ce8\u518a\u78bc\u3002\u8acb\u6ce8\u610f\uff1a\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u92b7\u552e\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u6d89\u53ca\u591a\u500bEPR\u985e\u5225\uff0c\u5247\u6bcf\u500bEPR\u985e\u5225\u5747\u9700\u9032\u884c\u6ce8\u518a\uff1b\uff082\uff09\u6839\u64da\u60a8\u92b7\u552e\u7684\u6d89\u53caEPR\u985e\u5225\u7684\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u5b9a\u671f\u5411PRO\u5831\u544a\u4e26\u652f\u4ed8\u8cbb\u7528\uff1b\u53ca\uff083\uff09\u5176\u4ed6\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u56de\u6536\u7fa9\u52d9\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u81ea\u7531\u9078\u64c7\u4efb\u4f55PRO\u9032\u884c\u6ce8\u518a\u3002\u82e5\u60a8\u5b8c\u6210\u5c0d\u61c9\u54c1\u985e\u7684EPR\u6ce8\u518a\uff0c\u61c9\u7acb\u5373\u5411\u5e73\u53f0\u63d0\u4f9b\u9019\u4e9bEPR\u5546\u54c1\u5206\u985e\u5c0d\u61c9\u7684\u6ce8\u518a\u865f\u78bc\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u76f8\u95dc\u8b49\u660e\uff0c\u63d0\u4ea4\u8def\u5f91\uff1a\u8cec\u6236\u7ba1\u7406-\u4e3b\u9ad4\u7ba1\u7406-\u4e3b\u9ad4\u8a73\u60c5-\u751f\u7522\u8005\u5ef6\u4f38\u8cac\u4efb\u8cc7\u8cea\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u6839\u64da\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u76f8\u95dc\u6cd5\u5f8b\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u5e73\u53f0\u6709\u7fa9\u52d9\u78ba\u8a8d\u901a\u904e\u5176\u5e73\u53f0\u4e0a\u51fa\u552e\u7684\u6240\u6709\u5305\u88dd\u7522\u54c1\u7b26\u5408\u76f8\u95dcEPR\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e0b\u8868\u5217\u51fa\u4e86\u60a8\u7576\u524d\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u627f\u64d4\u751f\u7522\u8005\u5ef6\u4f38\u8cac\u4efb\u7684\u985e\u5225\u3002\u8acb\u78ba\u8a8d\u662f\u5426\u9069\u7528\uff0c\u5982\u9069\u7528\uff0c\u8acb\u6309\u7167\u76f8\u95dc\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6cd5\u898f\u5c65\u884cEPR\u7fa9\u52d9\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
