Responsibility\uff0c\u7c21\u7a31EPR\uff09\u653f\u7b56\u5f15\u8d77\u4e86\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u95dc\u6ce8\u3002EPR\u653f\u7b56\u901a\u904e\u5c07\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u8ca0\u64d4\u8f49\u5ac1\u7d66\u88fd\u9020\u5546\uff0c\u9f13\u52f5\u4ed6\u5011\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u751f\u7522\u548c\u8655\u7406\u4e0a\u63a1\u53d6\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\u3002\u63a5\u4e0b\u4f86\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u5f9e\u524d\u77bb\u6027\u601d\u7dad\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\u63a2\u8a0e\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u610f\u7fa9\u548c\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9996\u5148\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u63d0\u51fa\u5c55\u793a\u4e86\u6b50\u76df\u5728\u74b0\u4fdd\u9818\u57df\u5177\u6709\u524d\u77bb\u6027\u601d\u7dad\u3002\u901a\u904e\u5f37\u5236\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u627f\u64d4\u7522\u54c1\u6574\u500b\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u8cac\u4efb\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9f13\u52f5\u4e86\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u7684\u5275\u65b0\u3002\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u9700\u8981\u8003\u616e\u5982\u4f55\u6e1b\u5c11\u7522\u54c1\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u63a8\u52d5\u4e86\u74b0\u4fdd\u6280\u8853\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u548c\u61c9\u7528\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u524d\u77bb\u6027\u601d\u7dad\u4e0d\u50c5\u80fd\u5920\u63a8\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u88fd\u9020\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u9084\u80fd\u5920\u70ba\u4f01\u696d\u5e36\u4f86\u65b0\u7684\u5546\u6a5f\u548c\u7af6\u722d\u512a\u52e2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u6b21\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u8cc7\u6e90\u56de\u6536\u7522\u751f\u4e86\u7a4d\u6975\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u901a\u904e\u8981\u6c42\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u8ca0\u64d4\u7522\u54c1\u5f8c\u671f\u8655\u7406\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9f13\u52f5\u4e86\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u518d\u5229\u7528\u548c\u518d\u5faa\u74b0\u5229\u7528\u3002\u9019\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u6e1b\u5c11\u56fa\u9ad4\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u7522\u751f\uff0c\u6e1b\u8f15\u4e86\u5c0d\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u58d3\u529b\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u4fc3\u9032\u4e86\u5ee2\u7269\u8655\u7406\u6280\u8853\u7684\u5275\u65b0\uff0c\u4e26\u6fc0\u52f5\u4e86\u8cc7\u6e90\u56de\u6536\u7522\u696d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u70ba\u7da0\u8272\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u5efa\u8a2d\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u6709\u529b\u652f\u6301\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u5f8c\uff0c\u5f9e\u9577\u9060\u4f86\u770b\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u524d\u77bb\u6027\u601d\u7dad\u5c0d\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u5883\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7522\u751f\u4e86\u6df1\u9060\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u96a8\u8457\u5168\u7403\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u5feb\u901f\u589e\u9577\uff0c\u8cc7\u6e90\u6d88\u8017\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u6c61\u67d3\u554f\u984c\u65e5\u76ca\u56b4\u91cd\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u5275\u65b0\u74b0\u4fdd\u7b56\u7565\u4f86\u61c9\u5c0d\u6311\u6230\u3002EPR\u653f\u7b56\u4f5c\u70ba\u4e00\u7a2e\u524d\u77bb\u6027\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u70ba\u672a\u4f86\u7da0\u8272\u767c\u5c55\u6307\u660e\u4e86\u65b9\u5411\u3002\u5b83\u4e0d\u50c5\u53ef\u4ee5\u4fc3\u9032\u88fd\u9020\u696d\u7684\u8f49\u578b\u5347\u7d1a\uff0c\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a8\u52d5\u5168\u793e\u6703\u5c0d\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u91cd\u8996\u548c\u6295\u5165\uff0c\u70ba\u5efa\u8a2d\u7f8e\u9e97\u7684\u5730\u7403\u6751\u505a\u51fa\u61c9\u6709\u7684\u8ca2\u737b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u4e4b\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u524d\u77bb\u6027\u601d\u7dad\u5728\u7576\u4eca\u74b0\u4fdd\u8b70\u984c\u80cc\u666f\u4e0b\u986f\u5f97\u5c24\u70ba\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u5b83\u4e0d\u50c5\u9ad4\u73fe\u4e86\u5c0d\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u7684\u9ad8\u5ea6\u91cd\u8996\uff0c\u9084\u70ba\u7da0\u8272\u767c\u5c55\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u6709\u529b\u652f\u6301\u3002\u76f8\u4fe1\u5728\u5168\u7403\u5171\u540c\u52aa\u529b\u4e0b\uff0c\u5275\u65b0\u74b0\u4fdd\u7b56\u7565\u5c07\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u7684\u5730\u7403\u5e36\u4f86\u66f4\u52a0\u6e05\u6f88\u7684\u85cd\u5929\u3001\u66f4\u52a0\u78a7\u7da0\u7684\u5c71\u5ddd\u548c\u66f4\u52a0\u6d01\u51c0\u7684\u6c34\u57df\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u5728\u7576\u4eca\u793e\u6703\uff0c\u74b0\u4fdd\u8b70\u984c\u65e5\u76ca\u53d7\u5230\u91cd\u8996\uff0c\u5404\u570b\u7d1b\u7d1b\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u5404\u7a2e\u5275\u65b0\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u7b56\u7565\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u7684\u300c\u5ef6\u4f38\u8cac\u4efb\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\u300d\uff08Ext
