Responsibility\uff09\u653f\u7b56\u805e\u540d\u65bc\u4e16\u3002\u9019\u4e00\u653f\u7b56\u65e8\u5728\u63a8\u52d5\u5ee0\u5546\u5c0d\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u6574\u500b\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u8ca0\u8cac\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u88fd\u9020\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u548c\u8655\u7f6e\u968e\u6bb5\u3002\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u8e10\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u5c0d\u6b50\u6d32\u5730\u5340\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u7522\u751f\u7a4d\u6975\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u66f4\u5c0d\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u5883\u6cbb\u7406\u6a39\u7acb\u4e86\u5178\u7bc4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9996\u5148\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u901a\u904e\u5f37\u5236\u8981\u6c42\u5ee0\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u8003\u616e\u8cc7\u6e90\u7bc0\u7d04\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\u56e0\u7d20\u3002\u9019\u4f7f\u5f97\u7522\u54c1\u66f4\u52a0\u8010\u7528\u3001\u6613\u65bc\u56de\u6536\u4e26\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u885d\u64ca\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u9f13\u52f5\u5ee0\u5546\u91c7\u7528\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u6750\u6599\u548c\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u7522\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u964d\u4f4e\u6574\u500b\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u7684\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u91cf\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u5f9e\u6e90\u982d\u6e1b\u5c11\u74b0\u5883\u6c61\u67d3\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\uff0c\u70ba\u6b50\u76df\u4e43\u81f3\u5168\u7403\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u958b\u8f9f\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u9053\u8def\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u5728EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6307\u5c0e\u4e0b\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u5404\u6210\u54e1\u570b\u7d1b\u7d1b\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u5b8c\u5584\u7684\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u56de\u6536\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5be6\u73fe\u4e86\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u8cc7\u6e90\u5316\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u3002\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u56de\u6536\u7387\u7684\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e0d\u50c5\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u5c0d\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u6e1b\u5c11\u4e86\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u7531EPR\u653f\u7b56\u5e36\u52d5\u7684\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u70ba\u6b50\u76df\u5404\u6210\u54e1\u570b\u5e36\u4f86\u4e86\u7da0\u8272\u5c31\u696d\u6a5f\u6703\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u4e86\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u589e\u9577\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u518d\u8005\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u6fc0\u52f5\u4e86\u7522\u54c1\u5275\u65b0\u548c\u6280\u8853\u9032\u6b65\u3002\u70ba\u4e86\u6eff\u8db3\u653f\u7b56\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u8a31\u591a\u5ee0\u5546\u7d1b\u7d1b\u6295\u5165\u7814\u767c\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u63a2\u7d22\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u3001\u7bc0\u80fd\u7684\u751f\u7522\u5de5\u85dd\u548c\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u6280\u8853\u5275\u65b0\u4e0d\u50c5\u70ba\u4f01\u696d\u5e36\u4f86\u4e86\u7af6\u722d\u512a\u52e2\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u4fc3\u9032\u4e86\u6574\u500b\u884c\u696d\u7684\u5347\u7d1a\u8f49\u578b\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5f15\u9818\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u7684\u7522\u696d\u7d50\u69cb\u6b63\u5728\u5411\u8457\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u5f8c\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6210\u529f\u5be6\u8e10\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u5883\u6cbb\u7406\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u6709\u76ca\u7684\u555f\u793a\u3002\u8a31\u591a\u570b\u5bb6\u548c\u5730\u5340\u7d1b\u7d1b\u6548\u4eff\u6b50\u76df\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\uff0c\u63a8\u51fa\u4e86\u76f8\u61c9\u7684EPR\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u52a0\u5f37\u4e86\u5c0d\u7522\u54c1\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u7ba1\u7406\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u8de8\u570b\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u6a21\u5f0f\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u5883\u554f\u984c\u7684\u89e3\u6c7a\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u601d\u8def\u548c\u65b9\u5411\u3002\u53ef\u4ee5\u9810\u898b\uff0c\u672a\u4f86\u5c07\u6709\u66f4\u591a\u570b\u5bb6\u53c3\u8207\u5230\u9019\u4e00\u5168\u7403\u6027\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u4e8b\u696d\u4e2d\u4f86\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u70ba\u4fdd\u8b77\u6211\u5011\u5171\u540c\u7684\u5bb6\u5712\u4f5c\u51fa\u52aa\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u4e4b\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u4e4b\u8def\uff0c\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u8c50\u5bcc\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\u548c\u501f\u9452\u3002\u6211\u5011\u61c9\u8a72\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u52a0\u5f37\u570b\u969b\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u61c9\u5c0d\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u5883\u6311\u6230\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u3001\u4f4e\u78b3\u3001\u5faa\u74b0\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u70ba\u5f8c\u4ee3\u7559\u4e0b\u4e00\u500b\u66f4\u52a0\u7f8e\u597d\u7684\u4e16\u754c\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u672a\u4f86\u5df2\u4f86\uff1a\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u8def\u5f91
