Responsibility\uff09\u5ef6\u4f38\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\u3002EPR\u5236\u5ea6\u8981\u6c42\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u751f\u7522\u7522\u54c1\u6642\u5c31\u8981\u8003\u616e\u5230\u7522\u54c1\u5728\u7d50\u675f\u4f7f\u7528\u5f8c\u7684\u8655\u7406\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u9700\u627f\u64d4\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u5236\u5ea6\u6709\u6548\u5730\u9f13\u52f5\u4e86\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u8003\u616e\u8cc7\u6e90\u7bc0\u7d04\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\u56e0\u7d20\u3002<\/p>\n<p>EPR\u5236\u5ea6\u5728\u6b50\u76df\u5404\u6210\u54e1\u570b\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u5c0d\u65bc\u6e1b\u5c11\u96fb\u5b50\u5783\u573e\u7684\u6392\u653e\u8d77\u5230\u4e86\u7a4d\u6975\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u63a8\u52d5\u4e86\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u6839\u64da\u6b50\u76df\u7684\u76f8\u95dc\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6cd5\u898f\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u9700\u8981\u652f\u4ed8\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684EPR\u8cbb\u7528\uff0c\u4f86\u652f\u6301\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u8cbb\u7528\u5c07\u7528\u65bc\u5efa\u7acb\u56de\u6536\u7cfb\u7d71\u3001\u63d0\u9ad8\u516c\u773e\u5c0d\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u56de\u6536\u7684\u8a8d\u8b58\u4ee5\u53ca\u63a8\u52d5\u7814\u7a76\u548c\u5275\u65b0\uff0c\u4ee5\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u61c9\u5c0d\u96fb\u5b50\u5783\u573e\u5e36\u4f86\u7684\u6311\u6230\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u90a3\u9ebc\uff0c\u4f60\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u597d\u5947\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u7684EPR\u8cbb\u7528\u5230\u5e95\u662f\u591a\u5c11\u5462\uff1f\u5be6\u969b\u4e0a\uff0cEPR\u8cbb\u7528\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u4e00\u6210\u4e0d\u8b8a\u7684\uff0c\u5b83\u6703\u96a8\u8457\u4e0d\u540c\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u7a2e\u985e\u548c\u6027\u8cea\u800c\u6709\u6240\u4e0d\u540c\u3002\u4e00\u822c\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u9700\u8981\u6839\u64da\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u6750\u6599\u3001\u6210\u5206\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u58fd\u547d\u7b49\u56e0\u7d20\u5411\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u6a5f\u69cb\u652f\u4ed8EPR\u8cbb\u7528\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u8cbb\u7528\u5c07\u7531\u5c08\u9580\u7684\u6a5f\u69cb\u4f86\u7ba1\u7406\u548c\u5206\u914d\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u652f\u6301\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u56de\u6536\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53e6\u5916\uff0cEPR\u8cbb\u7528\u7684\u5177\u9ad4\u6578\u984d\u4e5f\u53d7\u5230\u4e86\u570b\u5bb6\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6cd5\u898f\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6210\u54e1\u570b\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6536\u8cbb\u6a19\u6e96\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u8fa6\u6cd5\u3002\u4e00\u822c\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u5728\u6b50\u76df\u5167\u90e8\uff0c\u5404\u6210\u54e1\u570b\u6703\u6839\u64da\u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u5be6\u969b\u60c5\u6cc1\u548c\u9700\u8981\u4f86\u5236\u5b9a\u76f8\u61c9\u7684EPR\u8cbb\u7528\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u56de\u6536\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u9806\u5229\u958b\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u7684EPR\u5236\u5ea6\u70ba\u63a8\u52d5\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u548c\u6e1b\u5c11\u96fb\u5b50\u5783\u573e\u5e36\u4f86\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u58d3\u529b\u8d77\u5230\u4e86\u7a4d\u6975\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5c07\u66f4\u52a0\u95dc\u6ce8\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u5168\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\uff0c\u5f9e\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u751f\u7522\u5230\u56de\u6536\u518d\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u826f\u6027\u7684\u751f\u7522\u8207\u6d88\u8cbb\u6a21\u5f0f\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0cEPR\u8cbb\u7528\u7684\u652f\u4ed8\u4e5f\u70ba\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u8cc7\u91d1\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u5efa\u7acb\u66f4\u52a0\u5065\u5168\u7684\u56de\u6536\u7cfb\u7d71\u548c\u6a5f\u5236\u3002\u5e0c\u671b\u901a\u904eEPR\u5236\u5ea6\u7684\u4e0d\u65b7\u5b8c\u5584\u548c\u5be6\u65bd\uff0c\u80fd\u5920\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u5be6\u73fe\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u5408\u7406\u5229\u7528\u548c\u518d\u751f\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u70ba\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u4e8b\u696d\u505a\u51fa\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u8ca2\u737b\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfepr\u591a\u5c11\u9322
