Producer Responsibility\uff0c\u7c21\u7a31EPR\uff09\u653f\u7b56\u5c31\u662f\u6b50\u76df\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u63aa\u65bd\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002EPR\u653f\u7b56\u8981\u6c42\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u7684\u5404\u500b\u968e\u6bb5\u8ca0\u8d77\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u9f13\u52f5\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u6709\u6548\u8655\u7406\u548c\u8cc7\u6e90\u518d\u5229\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c0d\u65bc\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u7684\u5371\u5bb3\u5177\u6709\u7a4d\u6975\u610f\u7fa9\u3002\u901a\u904e\u5f37\u5236\u751f\u7522\u8005\u627f\u64d4\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u5f8c\u671f\u8655\u7406\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u5730\u6e1b\u5c11\u7522\u54c1\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u8209\u4f8b\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4e00\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\u751f\u7522\u4e86\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u5851\u6599\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u6839\u64daEPR\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u8a72\u516c\u53f8\u9700\u8981\u78ba\u4fdd\u9019\u4e9b\u7522\u54c1\u5728\u4f7f\u7528\u58fd\u547d\u7d50\u675f\u5f8c\u80fd\u5920\u88ab\u9069\u7576\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u907f\u514d\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u6c61\u67d3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u4fc3\u9032\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u518d\u5229\u7528\u548c\u5faa\u74b0\u5229\u7528\u3002\u901a\u904e\u8981\u6c42\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8ca0\u8cac\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\u5ee2\u68c4\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u5730\u63d0\u9ad8\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u56de\u6536\u7387\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u6d6a\u8cbb\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6700\u5927\u5316\u5229\u7528\u3002\u9019\u4e0d\u50c5\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\uff0c\u9084\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u7bc0\u7d04\u80fd\u6e90\u548c\u6e1b\u5c11\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u6392\u653e\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u7da0\u8272\u4f4e\u78b3\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6b50\u6d32\uff0c\u5404\u6210\u54e1\u570b\u90fd\u7a4d\u6975\u63a8\u52d5EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u3002\u901a\u904e\u7acb\u6cd5\u548c\u653f\u7b56\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u5404\u570b\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u5b8c\u5584\u7684EPR\u5236\u5ea6\uff0c\u898f\u5b9a\u5404\u884c\u696d\u7684\u751f\u7522\u8005\u5fc5\u9808\u627f\u64d4\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\u8655\u7406\u3002\u9019\u4e0d\u50c5\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u6539\u5584\u74b0\u5883\u8cea\u91cf\uff0c\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u4fc3\u9032\u7d93\u6fdf\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u696d\u7684\u8208\u8d77\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c0d\u65bc\u4fc3\u9032\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u8cc7\u6e90\u518d\u5229\u7528\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u610f\u7fa9\u3002\u901a\u904e\u5f37\u5236\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8ca0\u8d77\u7522\u54c1\u5f8c\u671f\u8655\u7406\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u6e1b\u5c11\u74b0\u5883\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u8cc7\u6e90\u5229\u7528\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u7da0\u8272\u4f4e\u78b3\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u76f8\u4fe1\u5728\u6b50\u76df\u548c\u5404\u6210\u54e1\u570b\u7684\u5171\u540c\u52aa\u529b\u4e0b\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u5c07\u70ba\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u4e8b\u696d\u6ce8\u5165\u65b0\u7684\u6d3b\u529b\uff0c\u70ba\u66f4\u7f8e\u597d\u7684\u672a\u4f86\u5960\u5b9a\u5805\u5be6\u57fa\u790e\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff1a\u4fc3\u9032\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u8cc7\u6e90\u518d\u5229\u7528
