Producer Responsibility, EPR)\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u4fc3\u9032\u7da0\u8272\u6d88\u8cbb\u7406\u5ff5\u3002\u9019\u4e00\u8a08\u5283\u5c07\u5c0d\u6b50\u6d32\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u751f\u7522\u548c\u6d88\u8cbb\u65b9\u5f0f\u5e36\u4f86\u6df1\u9060\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c07\u6210\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u7da0\u8272\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u6a19\u7aff\u3002<\/p>\n<p>EPR\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7406\u5ff5\u5728\u65bc\u5f37\u8abf\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u4e2d\u8ca0\u6709\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u88fd\u9020\u3001\u5305\u88dd\u548c\u56de\u6536\u7b49\u74b0\u7bc0\u3002\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u9700\u8981\u66f4\u52a0\u6ce8\u91cd\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u6027\u80fd\u548c\u53ef\u56de\u6536\u5229\u7528\u7387\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u885d\u64ca\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u4e5f\u5c07\u53d7\u76ca\u65bc\u66f4\u70ba\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u9078\u64c7\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u63a8\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u6d88\u8cbb\u7406\u5ff5\u5728\u6b50\u6d32\u7684\u666e\u53ca\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u901a\u904eEPR\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u5c07\u52a0\u5f37\u5c0d\u5305\u62ec\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u3001\u5851\u6599\u5236\u54c1\u3001\u7d19\u5f35\u3001\u73bb\u7483\u7b49\u5728\u5167\u7684\u5404\u985e\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u8207\u76e3\u7ba1\u3002\u9019\u5c07\u4fc3\u4f7f\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u8f49\u8b8a\u751f\u7522\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u7522\u54c1\u5411\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u3001\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0cEPR\u8a08\u5283\u9084\u5c07\u52a0\u5f37\u5c0d\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u56de\u6536\u8207\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u5f9e\u6e90\u982d\u4e0a\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u5faa\u74b0\u518d\u5229\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u5c0d\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u548c\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u5916\uff0cEPR\u8a08\u5283\u9084\u5c07\u5c0d\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u7522\u751f\u91cd\u5927\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u96a8\u8457\u66f4\u591a\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u9032\u5165\u5e02\u5834\uff0c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u5c07\u6709\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u7da0\u8272\u6d88\u8cbb\u9078\u64c7\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u5c07\u5c0d\u50b3\u7d71\u7684\u6d88\u8cbb\u89c0\u5ff5\u9032\u884c\u6311\u6230\u3002\u7da0\u8272\u6d88\u8cbb\u7406\u5ff5\u7684\u666e\u53ca\u5c07\u6539\u8b8a\u4eba\u5011\u5c0d\u5546\u54c1\u7684\u9078\u64c7\u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u5f9e\u50c5\u50c5\u95dc\u6ce8\u50f9\u683c\u548c\u5916\u89c0\u8f49\u8b8a\u70ba\u66f4\u52a0\u91cd\u8996\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u8207\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u6027\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c07\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u5e36\u4f86\u65b0\u7684\u5951\u6a5f\u8207\u6311\u6230\u3002\u4f5c\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u7da0\u8272\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u9818\u982d\u7f8a\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u7684\u8209\u63aa\u5c07\u6210\u70ba\u5176\u4ed6\u570b\u5bb6\u548c\u5730\u5340\u501f\u93e1\u5b78\u7fd2\u7684\u5c0d\u8c61\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c07\u5c0d\u5168\u7403\u7da0\u8272\u6d88\u8cbb\u7406\u5ff5\u7684\u63a8\u52d5\u7522\u751f\u7a4d\u6975\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u63a8\u51fa\u5c07\u4fc3\u9032\u7da0\u8272\u6d88\u8cbb\u7406\u5ff5\u5728\u6b50\u6d32\u7684\u6df1\u5165\u666e\u53ca\uff0c\u4e26\u5c07\u5c0d\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u7522\u751f\u7a4d\u6975\u7684\u63a8\u52d5\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u76f8\u4fe1\u96a8\u8457EPR\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\uff0c\u6b50\u6d32\u5c07\u8fce\u4f86\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u3001\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u751f\u7522\u548c\u6d88\u8cbb\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u4e8b\u696d\u8ca2\u737b\u66f4\u5927\u529b\u91cf\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff1a\u4fc3\u9032\u7da0\u8272\u6d88\u8cbb\u7406\u5ff5
