\u6b50\u76df\u8fd1\u5e74\u4f86\u7a4d\u6975\u63d0\u5021EPR\uff08Extended Producer Responsibility\uff0c\u5ef6\u4f38\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\uff09\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u9f13\u52f5\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u88fd\u9020\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u8003\u616e\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u6574\u500b\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\uff0c\u4e26\u52a0\u5f37\u5c0d\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u56de\u6536\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u9019\u9805\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u4e0d\u50c5\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u6e1b\u5c11\u8cc7\u6e90\u6d6a\u8cbb\uff0c\u9084\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u63a8\u52d5\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u4fdd\u8b77\u74b0\u5883\u3001\u7bc0\u7d04\u80fd\u6e90\u548c\u6e1b\u5c11\u6eab\u5ba4\u6c23\u9ad4\u6392\u653e\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u610f\u7fa9\u3002<\/p>\n

EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7406\u5ff5\u662f\u201c\u6c61\u67d3\u8005\u8ca0\u8cac\u539f\u5247\u201d\uff0c\u5373\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u5c31\u61c9\u8a72\u8003\u616e\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u6027\u548c\u56de\u6536\u5229\u7528\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u4e26\u627f\u64d4\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u9700\u8981\u5c07\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\u7d0d\u5165\u8003\u616e\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u4e0a\u6a19\u793a\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff0c\u4ee5\u65b9\u4fbf\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u548c\u56de\u6536\u55ae\u4f4d\u9032\u884c\u5206\u985e\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\u3002\u9019\u4e00\u8209\u63aa\u4e0d\u50c5\u53ef\u4ee5\u6e1b\u5c11\u5783\u573e\u586b\u57cb\u548c\u711a\u71d2\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u7bc0\u7d04\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u548c\u80fd\u6e90\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5728\u6b50\u76df\u7684\u63a8\u52d5\u4e0b\uff0c\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u985e\u5225\u7d0d\u5165\u4e86EPR\u7684\u7bc4\u7587\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u3001\u5851\u6599\u5236\u54c1\u3001\u7d19\u5f35\u548c\u5305\u88dd\u6750\u6599\u7b49\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u8a2d\u8a08\u548c\u88fd\u9020\u8005\u9700\u8981\u9075\u5faaEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u4f7f\u7528\u53ef\u56de\u6536\u6750\u6599\u3001\u6e1b\u5c11\u5305\u88dd\u6d6a\u8cbb\u3001\u63d0\u4f9b\u7522\u54c1\u56de\u6536\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\u4fe1\u606f\u7b49\u3002\u901a\u904e\u9019\u4e9b\u8209\u63aa\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u53ef\u4ee5\u4fc3\u4f7f\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u8f49\u8b8a\u751f\u7522\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u964d\u4f4e\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6709\u6548\u5229\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6b64\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u6fc0\u52f5\u5275\u65b0\u6280\u8853\u7684\u61c9\u7528\u548c\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u7522\u54c1\u5faa\u74b0\u518d\u88fd\u9020\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\u7684\u6280\u8853\u5275\u65b0\u3002\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u9700\u8981\u5c0b\u6c42\u66f4\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u751f\u7522\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u9019\u5c07\u63a8\u52d5\u76f8\u95dc\u6280\u8853\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u548c\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5f62\u6210\u4fc3\u9032\u74b0\u5883\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u826f\u6027\u5faa\u74b0\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5728\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5f15\u9818\u4e0b\uff0c\u5404\u6703\u54e1\u570b\u4e5f\u7d1b\u7d1b\u51fa\u53f0\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6cd5\u898f\uff0c\u52a0\u5f37\u5c0d\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u548c\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u76e3\u7ba1\u529b\u5ea6\u3002\u9019\u5c07\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u63a8\u52d5\u6574\u500b\u6b50\u6d32\u5730\u5340\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u8cc7\u6e90\u5229\u7528\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u70ba\u5be6\u73fe\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u505a\u51fa\u7a4d\u6975\u8ca2\u737b\u3002<\/p>\n
