Responsibility\uff09\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u63a8\u52d5\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u7522\u7406\u5ff5\u3002\u9019\u9805\u653f\u7b56\u5f37\u8abf\u751f\u7522\u8005\u5728\u5546\u54c1\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u7684\u6bcf\u500b\u968e\u6bb5\u90fd\u61c9\u627f\u64d4\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u88fd\u9020\u3001\u5305\u88dd\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u548c\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u8655\u7406\u7b49\u74b0\u7bc0\u3002\u900f\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u65e8\u5728\u9f13\u52f5\u4f01\u696d\u6539\u5584\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u8cc7\u6e90\u6d6a\u8cbb\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7406\u5ff5\u662f\u201c\u6c59\u67d3\u8005\u4ed8\u8cbb\u201d\u548c\u201c\u9810\u9632\u512a\u5148\u201d\u3002\u901a\u904e\u5efa\u7acbEPR\u5236\u5ea6\uff0c\u751f\u7522\u8005\u9700\u652f\u4ed8\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u7ba1\u7406\u8cbb\u7528\uff0c\u4ee5\u5f4c\u88dc\u5176\u7522\u54c1\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9f13\u52f5\u751f\u7522\u8005\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u5c31\u8003\u616e\u8cc7\u6e90\u7bc0\u7d04\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\u7684\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u5f9e\u6e90\u982d\u4e0a\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7522\u751f\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u201c\u9810\u9632\u512a\u5148\u201d\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6b50\u76df\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u5df2\u7d93\u88ab\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u3001\u5305\u88dd\u6750\u6599\u3001\u85e5\u54c1\u3001\u5316\u599d\u54c1\u7b49\u591a\u500b\u884c\u696d\u3002\u4f5c\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u7522\u7684\u5021\u5c0e\u8005\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\u63a8\u52d5\u4e86\u8a31\u591a\u5177\u9ad4\u7684\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5c0d\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u5be6\u65bd\u56de\u6536\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\u5236\u5ea6\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u5305\u88dd\u6750\u6599\u7684\u6e1b\u91cf\u548c\u53ef\u56de\u6536\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u5f15\u5c0e\u5316\u599d\u54c1\u884c\u696d\u8f49\u5411\u7da0\u8272\u914d\u65b9\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u5305\u88dd\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u548c\u56de\u6536\u5229\u7528\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u52aa\u529b\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u9084\u901a\u904e\u7acb\u6cd5\u548c\u76e3\u7ba1\u7b49\u624b\u6bb5\u5f37\u5316\u4e86EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u57f7\u884c\u529b\u5ea6\u3002\u5404\u6210\u54e1\u570b\u4e5f\u7a4d\u6975\u53c3\u8207EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u548c\u63a8\u5ee3\uff0c\u901a\u904e\u653f\u5e9c\u5f15\u5c0e\u548c\u4f01\u696d\u53c3\u8207\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u63a8\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u7522\u7406\u5ff5\u5728\u6b50\u76df\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u7684\u666e\u53ca\u548c\u6df1\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7531\u65bcEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u7a4d\u6975\u63a8\u52d5\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u5728\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u65b9\u9762\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u986f\u8457\u6210\u5c31\u3002\u8a31\u591a\u4f01\u696d\u4e5f\u610f\u8b58\u5230\u4e86\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u7522\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\uff0c\u7d1b\u7d1b\u52a0\u5165\u5230\u74b0\u4fdd\u6539\u9769\u7684\u884c\u5217\u4e2d\u4f86\u3002\u96a8\u8457\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u4fdd\u610f\u8b58\u7684\u63d0\u9ad8\u548c\u6cd5\u898f\u7684\u4e0d\u65b7\u5b8c\u5584\uff0cEPR\u5c07\u5728\u672a\u4f86\u767c\u63ee\u66f4\u52a0\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u66f4\u591a\u884c\u696d\u9081\u5411\u7da0\u8272\u3001\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u9053\u8def\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5021\u5c0e\u5c07\u5c0d\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u7522\u751f\u6df1\u9060\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u671f\u5f85\u898b\u5230\u66f4\u591a\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u548c\u751f\u7522\u65b9\u5f0f\u51fa\u73fe\uff0c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u63a8\u52d5\u5168\u7403\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u7522\u7406\u5ff5\u7684\u666e\u53ca\u548c\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff1a\u5021\u5c0e\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u7522\u7406\u5ff5
