Responsibility\uff0c\u5ef6\u4f38\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\uff09\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u63a8\u52d5\u4f01\u696d\u5be6\u73fe\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u7522\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6709\u6548\u5229\u7528\u548c\u5faa\u74b0\u5229\u7528\u3002\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u7684\u51fa\u53f0\u5c07\u5c0d\u4f01\u696d\u548c\u6574\u500b\u793e\u6703\u7522\u751f\u6df1\u9060\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u70ba\u5be6\u73fe\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u7522\u5e36\u4f86\u7a81\u7834\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u8457\u773c\u65bc\u5168\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u4f01\u696d\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u88fd\u9020\u3001\u5305\u88dd\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u548c\u8655\u7f6e\u7b49\u5404\u500b\u74b0\u7bc0\u90fd\u627f\u64d4\u8d77\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457\u4f01\u696d\u4e0d\u80fd\u518d\u50c5\u95dc\u6ce8\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u751f\u7522\u548c\u92b7\u552e\uff0c\u800c\u9700\u8981\u5f9e\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u5c31\u8003\u616e\u8cc7\u6e90\u7bc0\u7d04\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\uff0c\u5f9e\u6e90\u982d\u4e0a\u5be6\u73fe\u6e1b\u5ee2\u548c\u6e1b\u6392\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u9084\u9700\u5c0d\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u5f8c\u671f\u8655\u7406\u8ca0\u8d77\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u7a4d\u6975\u53c3\u8207\u56de\u6536\u5229\u7528\u548c\u8cc7\u6e90\u5faa\u74b0\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u5168\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u7ba1\u7406\u7684\u7406\u5ff5\u5c07\u63a8\u52d5\u4f01\u696d\u6539\u8b8a\u50b3\u7d71\u7684\u751f\u7522\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u9f13\u52f5\u5176\u5411\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u7522\u8f49\u578b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u5f37\u5316\u4e86\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u793e\u6703\u8cac\u4efb\u610f\u8b58\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u4f01\u696d\u5c07\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u7d0d\u5165\u5230\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u6230\u7565\u4e2d\u3002\u5728\u6b64\u80cc\u666f\u4e0b\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u9700\u8981\u52a0\u5927\u5c0d\u7da0\u8272\u6280\u8853\u548c\u74b0\u4fdd\u8a2d\u65bd\u7684\u6295\u5165\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u8cea\u91cf\u548c\u74b0\u4fdd\u6027\u80fd\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u9084\u9700\u7a4d\u6975\u53c3\u8207\u74b0\u5883\u6559\u80b2\u548c\u5ba3\u50b3\uff0c\u5f15\u5c0e\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u8f49\u8b8a\u6d88\u8cbb\u89c0\u5ff5\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u74b0\u4fdd\u6d88\u8cbb\u3002\u9019\u5c07\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u69cb\u5efa\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\u578b\u793e\u6703\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u7d93\u6fdf\u767c\u5c55\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u7684\u96d9\u8d0f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u518d\u8005\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u9084\u5c07\u4fc3\u9032\u4f01\u696d\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u5168\u7522\u696d\u93c8\u7684\u7da0\u8272\u5171\u8b58\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u5c07\u66f4\u52a0\u91cd\u8996\u8cc7\u6e90\u5171\u4eab\u548c\u4fe1\u606f\u4ea4\u6d41\uff0c\u512a\u5316\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u548c\u751f\u7522\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u5faa\u74b0\u5229\u7528\u548c\u80fd\u8017\u7684\u964d\u4f4e\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u4e4b\u9593\u9084\u5c07\u52a0\u5f37\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u8655\u7406\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u6253\u9020\u74b0\u4fdd\u578b\u4f9b\u61c9\u93c8\u3002\u9019\u5c07\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u6574\u500b\u884c\u696d\u7684\u7da0\u8272\u5347\u7d1a\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u7522\u696d\u7684\u570b\u969b\u7af6\u722d\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u4e4b\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u7684\u51fa\u53f0\u5c07\u5c0d\u4f01\u696d\u5be6\u73fe\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u7522\u5e36\u4f86\u5de8\u5927\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u9f13\u52f5\u4f01\u696d\u6539\u8b8a\u50b3\u7d71\u7684\u751f\u7522\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u5f15\u5c0e\u4f01\u696d\u671d\u8457\u7da0\u8272\u3001\u5faa\u74b0\u3001\u4f4e\u78b3\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0cEPR\u9084\u5c07\u4fc3\u9032\u4f01\u696d\u9593\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u7da0\u8272\u5171\u8b58\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u6574\u500b\u793e\u6703\u8d70\u5411\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u9053\u8def\u3002\u76f8\u4fe1\u5728\u4e0d\u4e45\u7684\u5c07\u4f86\uff0c\u96a8\u8457EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u4e0d\u65b7\u5b8c\u5584\u548c\u843d\u5730\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u8fce\u4f86\u4e00\u500b\u66f4\u52a0\u6e05\u6f54\u3001\u7f8e\u9e97\u7684\u74b0\u5883\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u7d93\u6fdf\u767c\u5c55\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u7684\u548c\u8ae7\u7d71\u4e00\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff1a\u52a9\u529b\u4f01\u696d\u5be6\u73fe\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u7522\u7684\u7a81\u7834
