Responsibility\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u9805\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u63a8\u52d5\u5ee0\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u7684\u5168\u7a0b\u8ca0\u8cac\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u964d\u4f4e\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u9019\u9805\u653f\u7b56\u4e0d\u50c5\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u6539\u5584\u74b0\u5883\u8cc7\u6e90\u5229\u7528\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u9084\u80fd\u4fc3\u9032\u7da0\u8272\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u5efa\u8a2d\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u96a8\u8457\u57ce\u5e02\u5316\u9032\u7a0b\u7684\u52a0\u901f\uff0c\u7da0\u8272\u57ce\u5e02\u5efa\u8a2d\u5df2\u6210\u70ba\u5404\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u548c\u74b0\u4fdd\u7d44\u7e54\u95dc\u6ce8\u7684\u7126\u9ede\u3002\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u4f5c\u70ba\u4e00\u7a2e\u74b0\u4fdd\u653f\u7b56\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u63a8\u52d5\u57ce\u5e02\u7da0\u8272\u5316\u767c\u63ee\u8457\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u8981\u6c42\u5ee0\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u88fd\u9020\u3001\u5305\u88dd\u548c\u5f8c\u671f\u8655\u7406\u7b49\u5404\u500b\u74b0\u7bc0\u90fd\u8981\u8003\u616e\u74b0\u4fdd\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u5f9e\u6e90\u982d\u4e0a\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u885d\u64ca\u3002\u9019\u4e00\u8209\u63aa\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u7522\u751f\uff0c\u6e1b\u8f15\u74b0\u5883\u58d3\u529b\uff0c\u70ba\u57ce\u5e02\u7da0\u8272\u5316\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u826f\u597d\u57fa\u790e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u901a\u904e\u63a8\u52d5\u7522\u54c1\u518d\u88fd\u9020\u3001\u518d\u5229\u7528\u548c\u56de\u6536\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u5730\u5be6\u73fe\u4e86\u8cc7\u6e90\u5faa\u74b0\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u5c0d\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u904e\u5ea6\u958b\u91c7\u3002\u9019\u4e00\u8209\u63aa\u4e0d\u50c5\u6709\u5229\u65bc\u6e1b\u5c11\u74b0\u5883\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u9084\u80fd\u70ba\u57ce\u5e02\u7da0\u8272\u767c\u5c55\u6ce8\u5165\u65b0\u7684\u52d5\u529b\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u901a\u904e\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u518d\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u81ea\u7136\u751f\u614b\u7684\u7834\u58de\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u70ba\u57ce\u5e02\u7da0\u8272\u7522\u696d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u8c50\u5bcc\u7684\u539f\u6750\u6599\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u9084\u901a\u904e\u9f13\u52f5\u5275\u65b0\u6280\u8853\u548c\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u696d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u4e86\u57ce\u5e02\u7da0\u8272\u5316\u9032\u7a0b\u3002\u7da0\u8272\u6280\u8853\u7684\u61c9\u7528\u4e0d\u50c5\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86\u57ce\u5e02\u8cc7\u6e90\u5229\u7528\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u9084\u70ba\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u696d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u6ce8\u5165\u4e86\u5f37\u52c1\u52d5\u529b\u3002\u8209\u4f8b\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u592a\u967d\u80fd\u3001\u98a8\u80fd\u7b49\u6e05\u6f54\u80fd\u6e90\u7684\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u70ba\u57ce\u5e02\u80fd\u6e90\u7d50\u69cb\u7684\u512a\u5316\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u53ef\u80fd\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u70ba\u76f8\u95dc\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u5e36\u4f86\u4e86\u5546\u6a5f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u4f5c\u70ba\u4e00\u9805\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u52a9\u529b\u5efa\u8a2d\u7da0\u8272\u57ce\u5e02\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u610f\u7fa9\u3002\u5728\u5168\u7403\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\uff0c\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\u548c\u5730\u5340\u958b\u59cb\u91cd\u8996\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u8cc7\u6e90\u5229\u7528\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u826f\u597d\u7684\u53c3\u8003\u6a21\u5f0f\u548c\u5be6\u8e10\u7d93\u9a57\u3002\u76f8\u4fe1\u96a8\u8457\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u4e0d\u65b7\u6df1\u5316\u548c\u5b8c\u5584\uff0c\u5c07\u6703\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u7da0\u8272\u57ce\u5e02\u5efa\u8a2d\u4e8b\u696d\u6ce8\u5165\u65b0\u7684\u6d3b\u529b\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u4e8b\u696d\u9081\u5411\u66f4\u52a0\u7f8e\u597d\u7684\u672a\u4f86\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff1a\u52a9\u529b\u5efa\u8a2d\u7da0\u8272\u57ce\u5e02
