Producer Responsibility\uff09\u88ab\u8b7d\u70ba\u4e00\u9805\u95dc\u9375\u8209\u63aa\u3002EPR\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u653f\u7b56\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u63a8\u52d5\u7522\u54c1\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u5404\u500b\u74b0\u7bc0\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\u5206\u64d4\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u964d\u4f4e\u74b0\u5883\u885d\u64ca\u3001\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u4e26\u63d0\u9ad8\u8cc7\u6e90\u5229\u7528\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7406\u5ff5\u662f\u201c\u6c61\u67d3\u8005\u4ed8\u8cbb\u201d\uff0c\u5373\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u88fd\u9020\u548c\u4f7f\u7528\u7d50\u675f\u5f8c\u8ca0\u8cac\u8655\u7406\u548c\u56de\u6536\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\u6027\u3002\u9019\u4e00\u653f\u7b56\u9f13\u52f5\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u5c31\u8003\u616e\u8cc7\u6e90\u7bc0\u7d04\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u4e26\u901a\u904e\u8cbb\u7528\u5167\u5316\u4f86\u9f13\u52f5\u4ed6\u5011\u751f\u7522\u66f4\u52a0\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6b50\u76df\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u5df2\u7d93\u5728\u591a\u500b\u9818\u57df\u53d6\u5f97\u6210\u529f\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\u5728\u96fb\u5b50\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u65b9\u9762\uff0cEPR\u8981\u6c42\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u8ca0\u8cac\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\u5ee2\u68c4\u7684\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u6e1b\u5c11\u4e86\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5728\u5305\u88c5\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u56de\u6536\u65b9\u9762\uff0cEPR\u4e5f\u767c\u63ee\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u901a\u904e\u8981\u6c42\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u8ca0\u64d4\u5305\u88dd\u56de\u6536\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u4e86\u5305\u88dd\u6750\u6599\u7684\u518d\u5229\u7528\u548c\u5faa\u74b0\u5229\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u5728\u5177\u9ad4\u7522\u54c1\u9818\u57df\u7684\u61c9\u7528\u5916\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u9084\u7a4d\u6975\u63a8\u52d5\u8de8\u7522\u54c1\u985e\u5225\u7684EPR\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u4ee5\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u4fc3\u9032\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u5e0c\u671b\u80fd\u5920\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u7522\u751f\uff0c\u6e1b\u8f15\u5c0d\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u58d3\u529b\uff0c\u4e26\u5275\u9020\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u5c31\u696d\u6a5f\u6703\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u5be6\u65bd\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u9084\u9762\u81e8\u8457\u4e00\u4e9b\u6311\u6230\u3002\u9996\u5148\u662f\u8de8\u570b\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u8a31\u591a\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u8de8\u570b\u7d93\u71df\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u4e0d\u540c\u570b\u5bb6\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u5354\u8abf\u5408\u4f5c\u624d\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u5be6\u65bdEPR\u653f\u7b56\u3002\u5176\u6b21\u662f\u76e3\u7ba1\u548c\u57f7\u6cd5\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u5efa\u7acb\u5065\u5168\u7684\u76e3\u7ba1\u6a5f\u5236\u548c\u57f7\u6cd5\u624b\u6bb5\uff0c\u78ba\u4fddEPR\u653f\u7b56\u5f97\u5230\u6709\u6548\u57f7\u884c\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u516c\u773e\u610f\u8b58\u7684\u57f9\u990a\u4e5f\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u9577\u671f\u4efb\u52d9\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u901a\u904e\u6559\u80b2\u548c\u5ba3\u50b3\u4f86\u63d0\u9ad8\u516c\u773e\u5c0dEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u8a8d\u8b58\u548c\u652f\u6301\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u7684EPR\u653f\u7b56\u70ba\u5be6\u73fe\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u548c\u653f\u7b56\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u70ba\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u8cc7\u6e90\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u5229\u7528\u958b\u8f9f\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u9014\u5f91\u3002\u96a8\u8457\u5404\u754c\u5c0d\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u91cd\u8996\u548cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u4e0d\u65b7\u5b8c\u5584\uff0c\u76f8\u4fe1\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u5c07\u6210\u70ba\u672a\u4f86\u6b50\u76df\u4e43\u81f3\u5168\u7403\u7d93\u6fdf\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u52d5\u529b\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff1a\u5be6\u73fe\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u8209\u63aa
