\u6b50\u76df\u4e00\u76f4\u4ee5\u4f86\u90fd\u662f\u74b0\u4fdd\u8b70\u984c\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u63a8\u52d5\u8005\uff0c\u6700\u8fd1\u66f4\u662f\u7a4d\u6975\u63a8\u52d5EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility)\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u5efa\u7acb\u66f4\u5b8c\u5584\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u6cd5\u898f\u9ad4\u7cfb\u3002EPR\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7406\u5ff5\u5728\u65bc\u5f37\u8abf\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u5168\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u4e2d\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u5f9e\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u5230\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u8655\u7406\u968e\u6bb5\u90fd\u61c9\u8a72\u8ca0\u8d77\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u9019\u9805\u8209\u63aa\u4e0d\u50c5\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u63d0\u9ad8\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u5faa\u74b0\u5229\u7528\u7387\uff0c\u9084\u80fd\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u885d\u64ca\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u53d7\u5230\u4e86\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u652f\u6301\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u9700\u8981\u5efa\u7acb\u5065\u5168\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u548c\u76e3\u7ba1\u9ad4\u7cfb\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u660e\u78ba\u754c\u5b9a\u5404\u985e\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\u6b78\u5c6c\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u6240\u6709\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u90fd\u6e05\u695a\u81ea\u5df1\u5728EPR\u8a08\u5283\u4e2d\u7684\u89d2\u8272\u548c\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u90e8\u9580\u61c9\u8a72\u52a0\u5f37\u76e3\u7ba1\u548c\u57f7\u6cd5\uff0c\u78ba\u4fddEPR\u8a08\u5283\u5f97\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u5be6\u65bd\uff0c\u4e26\u5c0d\u9055\u53cd\u898f\u5b9a\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u9032\u884c\u61f2\u7f70\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u9084\u9700\u8981\u5efa\u7acb\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u62ab\u9732\u548c\u76e3\u7763\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u8b93\u516c\u773e\u548c\u5229\u76ca\u76f8\u95dc\u8005\u90fd\u80fd\u5920\u4e86\u89e3EPR\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u5177\u9ad4\u5167\u5bb9\u548c\u57f7\u884c\u60c5\u6cc1\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9664\u4e86\u653f\u5e9c\u548c\u76e3\u7ba1\u6a5f\u69cb\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u7522\u696d\u754c\u4e5f\u61c9\u8a72\u7a4d\u6975\u53c3\u8207EPR\u8a08\u5283\u3002\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u61c9\u8a72\u5f9e\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u548c\u751f\u7522\u904e\u7a0b\u5165\u624b\uff0c\u5118\u53ef\u80fd\u5730\u6e1b\u5c11\u8cc7\u6e90\u6d88\u8017\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u4e26\u627f\u64d4\u8d77\u7522\u54c1\u56de\u6536\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u904e\u6280\u8853\u5275\u65b0\u548c\u7814\u767c\u4f86\u63a8\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u751f\u7522\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u964d\u4f4e\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n

\u53e6\u5916\uff0cEPR\u8a08\u5283\u9084\u9700\u8981\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u793e\u6703\u53c3\u8207\u548c\u652f\u6301\u3002\u516c\u773e\u61c9\u8a72\u52a0\u5f37\u74b0\u4fdd\u610f\u8b58\uff0c\u652f\u6301\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u4f7f\u7528\u5f8c\u59a5\u5584\u8655\u7406\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9\u5be6\u73fe\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0cNGO\u548c\u5b78\u8853\u754c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u4f9b\u5c08\u696d\u77e5\u8b58\u548c\u5efa\u8b70\uff0c\u5354\u52a9\u653f\u5e9c\u548c\u4f01\u696d\u6539\u5584EPR\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u57f7\u884c\u6548\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n

\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c07\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u5efa\u7acb\u4e00\u500b\u66f4\u52a0\u5065\u5168\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u6cd5\u898f\u9ad4\u7cfb\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u7834\u58de\u3002\u4f46\u8981\u5be6\u73fe\u9019\u4e00\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u653f\u5e9c\u548c\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u52aa\u529b\uff0c\u9084\u9700\u8981\u6574\u500b\u793e\u6703\u5171\u540c\u52aa\u529b\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u63a8\u52d5EPR\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u843d\u5730\u548c\u5be6\u65bd\u3002\u5e0c\u671b\u5728\u4e0d\u4e45\u7684\u5c07\u4f86\uff0c\u900f\u904eEPR\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u52aa\u529b\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u80fd\u5920\u770b\u5230\u66f4\u6e05\u6f54\u3001\u66f4\u7f8e\u9e97\u7684\u74b0\u5883\uff0c\u4e5f\u70ba\u5b50\u5b6b\u5f8c\u4ee3\u7559\u4e0b\u4e00\u7247\u6f54\u51c8\u7684\u5929\u7a7a\u548c\u7da0\u8272\u7684\u5bb6\u5712\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
