\u6b50\u76df(\u6b50\u6d32\u806f\u76df)\u4e00\u76f4\u4ee5\u4f86\u90fd\u5728\u7a4d\u6975\u63a8\u52d5\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u76f8\u95dc\u653f\u7b56\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u5ef6\u4f38\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb(EPR)\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u4e00\u9805\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u653f\u7b56\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u4fc3\u4f7f\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u88fd\u9020\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u66f4\u52a0\u6ce8\u91cd\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\uff0c\u4e26\u627f\u64d4\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u6574\u500b\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u5167\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u6240\u9020\u6210\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c07\u5c0d\u63a8\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u7d93\u6fdf\u3001\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u548c\u63d0\u9ad8\u8cc7\u6e90\u5229\u7528\u7387\u767c\u63ee\u7a4d\u6975\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n

EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7406\u5ff5\u662f\u201c\u6c61\u67d3\u8005\u4ed8\u8cbb\u201d\uff0c\u5373\u751f\u7522\u8005\u6216\u9032\u53e3\u8005\u61c9\u7576\u70ba\u5176\u7522\u54c1\u5728\u6574\u500b\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u4e2d\u53ef\u80fd\u7522\u751f\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u5f71\u97ff\u8ca0\u8d77\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u8cac\u4efb\u6db5\u84cb\u4e86\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u88fd\u9020\u3001\u5305\u88dd\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u548c\u5ee2\u68c4\u7b49\u5404\u500b\u968e\u6bb5\uff0c\u9f13\u52f5\u4f01\u696d\u5f9e\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u958b\u59cb\u5c31\u8003\u616e\u5982\u4f55\u964d\u4f4e\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u4e26\u7a4d\u6975\u63a8\u52d5\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u56de\u6536\u518d\u5229\u7528\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u5e0c\u671b\u6fc0\u52f5\u4f01\u696d\u6539\u5584\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u7522\u751f\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5177\u9ad4\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u4e3b\u8981\u5305\u62ec\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5e7e\u500b\u65b9\u9762\uff1a<\/p>\n

1. \u5ee2\u68c4\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u548c\u96fb\u5668\u8a2d\u5099(E-waste)\u7ba1\u7406\uff1a\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u898f\u5b9a\u4e86\u5c0d\u65bc\u5ee2\u68c4\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u548c\u96fb\u5668\u8a2d\u5099\u7684\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u751f\u7522\u8005\u9700\u8981\u627f\u64d4\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u9019\u4e9b\u7522\u54c1\u5f97\u5230\u5408\u7406\u7684\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u548c\u4eba\u985e\u5065\u5eb7\u9020\u6210\u7684\u640d\u5bb3\u3002<\/p>\n

2. \u5305\u88dd\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\uff1aEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9f13\u52f5\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u6e1b\u5c11\u5305\u88dd\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u4e26\u63d0\u5021\u4f7f\u7528\u53ef\u56de\u6536\u6750\u6599\u9032\u884c\u5305\u88dd\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u8ca0\u8cac\u5305\u88dd\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n

3. \u5ee2\u68c4\u8eca\u8f1b\u7ba1\u7406\uff1a\u5c0d\u65bc\u5ee2\u68c4\u8eca\u8f1b\u7684\u8655\u7406\u4e5f\u662fEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u91cd\u8981\u9818\u57df\uff0c\u751f\u7522\u8005\u9700\u8981\u8ca0\u8cac\u5ee2\u8eca\u7684\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u5ee2\u8eca\u4e2d\u7684\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8cea\u5f97\u5230\u5b89\u5168\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\u3002<\/p>\n

4. \u5ee2\u68c4\u96fb\u6c60\u548c\u84c4\u96fb\u6c60\u7ba1\u7406\uff1aEPR\u653f\u7b56\u8981\u6c42\u5c0d\u65bc\u5ee2\u68c4\u96fb\u6c60\u548c\u84c4\u96fb\u6c60\u7684\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\u8cac\u4efb\u7531\u751f\u7522\u8005\u627f\u64d4\uff0c\u4ee5\u6e1b\u5c11\u56e0\u5ee2\u68c4\u96fb\u6c60\u548c\u84c4\u96fb\u6c60\u4e2d\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8cea\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n
