Responsibility\uff0c\u5ef6\u4f38\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\uff09\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u63a8\u884c\uff0c\u5c07\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u7522\u696d\u5347\u7d1a\u5e36\u4f86\u6df1\u9060\u5f71\u97ff\u3002EPR\u653f\u7b56\u8981\u6c42\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u7684\u5404\u500b\u968e\u6bb5\u90fd\u627f\u64d4\u8d77\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u5f9e\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u5230\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u5faa\u74b0\u5229\u7528\u548c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\u3002\u9019\u4e00\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u4e0d\u50c5\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u5efa\u8a2d\u7da0\u8272\u7522\u696d\uff0c\u9084\u5c07\u63a8\u52d5\u6b50\u76df\u7522\u696d\u7684\u5347\u7d1a\u548c\u8f49\u578b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7406\u5ff5\u662f\u201c\u6c61\u67d3\u8005\u4ed8\u8cbb\u201d\u548c\u201c\u6c61\u67d3\u8005\u8ca0\u8cac\u201d\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u9700\u8981\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u5c31\u8003\u616e\u8cc7\u6e90\u7bc0\u7d04\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\uff0c\u4e26\u627f\u64d4\u8655\u7406\u7522\u54c1\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u6210\u672c\u3002\u9019\u5c07\u523a\u6fc0\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u6295\u5165\u7814\u767c\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u964d\u4f4e\u7522\u54c1\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u8655\u7406\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u8981\u6c42\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u8ca0\u8cac\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\u5ee2\u68c4\u7684\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u9019\u5c07\u6709\u6548\u6e1b\u5c11\u96fb\u5b50\u5783\u573e\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u5c07\u63a8\u52d5\u7522\u696d\u5347\u7d1a\u548c\u8f49\u578b\u3002\u901a\u904e\u8981\u6c42\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u6539\u8b8a\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u548c\u751f\u7522\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u5c07\u9f13\u52f5\u4f01\u696d\u6295\u5165\u7814\u767c\u548c\u88fd\u9020\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u63a8\u52d5\u6574\u500b\u7522\u696d\u7684\u5347\u7d1a\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5728\u6c7d\u8eca\u88fd\u9020\u884c\u696d\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c07\u4fc3\u4f7f\u6c7d\u8eca\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u52a0\u5927\u5c0d\u96fb\u52d5\u6c7d\u8eca\u548c\u65b0\u80fd\u6e90\u6c7d\u8eca\u7684\u7814\u767c\u6295\u5165\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u6c7d\u8eca\u7522\u696d\u5411\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u5c0d\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u5c07\u6fc0\u52f5\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u6539\u8b8a\u6d88\u8cbb\u89c0\u5ff5\u548c\u884c\u70ba\u3002\u7576\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u958b\u59cb\u751f\u7522\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u4e26\u63d0\u4f9b\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\u670d\u52d9\u6642\uff0c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u4e5f\u5c07\u66f4\u52a0\u91cd\u8996\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5f62\u6210\u4e00\u500b\u826f\u6027\u7684\u6d88\u8cbb\u8207\u751f\u7522\u5faa\u74b0\u3002\u9019\u5c07\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u63a8\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u6d88\u8cbb\u7406\u5ff5\u7684\u666e\u53ca\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u4fc3\u9032\u6574\u500b\u793e\u6703\u5411\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u8f49\u8b8a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c07\u5c0d\u5efa\u8a2d\u7da0\u8272\u7522\u696d\u548c\u7522\u696d\u5347\u7d1a\u8d77\u5230\u7a4d\u6975\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u9019\u4e00\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u63a8\u884c\u4e0d\u50c5\u5c07\u6fc0\u52f5\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u751f\u7522\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u9084\u5c07\u63a8\u52d5\u6574\u500b\u793e\u6703\u5f62\u6210\u7da0\u8272\u6d88\u8cbb\u548c\u751f\u7522\u7684\u826f\u6027\u5faa\u74b0\u3002\u9019\u5c07\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u4fdd\u8b77\u74b0\u5883\u3001\u7bc0\u7d04\u8cc7\u6e90\uff0c\u4e26\u63a8\u52d5\u6b50\u76df\u7522\u696d\u5411\u66f4\u52a0\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff08Extended
