Responsibility\uff0cEPR\uff09\u653f\u7b56\u4e00\u76f4\u4ee5\u4f86\u90fd\u662f\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u63aa\u65bd\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u9f13\u52f5\u4f01\u696d\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u88fd\u9020\u548c\u6d88\u8cbb\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u66f4\u52a0\u6ce8\u91cd\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u6027\u3002\u9019\u9805\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u5f15\u5c0e\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u8f49\u8b8a\u6d88\u8cbb\u89c0\u5ff5\uff0c\u4fc3\u4f7f\u4ed6\u5011\u64c1\u62b1\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5171\u540c\u70ba\u5730\u7403\u74b0\u5883\u76e1\u4e00\u4efd\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c0d\u6b50\u76df\u5167\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u548c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u90fd\u7522\u751f\u4e86\u6df1\u9060\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u5ef6\u4f38\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\u8981\u6c42\u4f01\u696d\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u5c31\u8003\u616e\u5230\u8cc7\u6e90\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u5229\u7528\u548c\u56de\u6536\u518d\u5229\u7528\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u9019\u5c07\u4fc3\u4f7f\u4f01\u696d\u958b\u767c\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u8a2d\u8a08\u66f4\u8010\u7528\u3001\u53ef\u5faa\u74b0\u5229\u7528\u6750\u6599\u7684\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u4f7f\u7528\u96e3\u4ee5\u964d\u89e3\u7684\u5851\u6599\u6750\u6599\u7b49\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u8209\u63aa\u4e0d\u50c5\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u6e1b\u5c11\u88fd\u9020\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u5c0d\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6d88\u8017\uff0c\u9084\u80fd\u6e1b\u5c11\u7522\u54c1\u5831\u5ee2\u5f8c\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u6b21\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9f13\u52f5\u4f01\u696d\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u7684\u6bcf\u500b\u968e\u6bb5\u8ca0\u8d77\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u7522\u54c1\u4f7f\u7528\u58fd\u547d\u7d50\u675f\u5f8c\u7684\u56de\u6536\u8655\u7406\u3002\u9019\u5c07\u63a8\u52d5\u4f01\u696d\u6295\u5165\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u8cc7\u6e90\u7528\u65bc\u7814\u7a76\u548c\u5be6\u8e10\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u518d\u5229\u7528\u548c\u56de\u6536\u5229\u7528\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u964d\u4f4e\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u4e5f\u6703\u53d7\u5230\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u8cbb\u7528\u548c\u6cd5\u898f\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u6fc0\u767c\u5176\u958b\u767c\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u548c\u751f\u7522\u65b9\u5f0f\u7684\u7a4d\u6975\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5c0d\u65bc\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u800c\u8a00\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u610f\u5473\u8457\u4ed6\u5011\u5c07\u5728\u5e02\u5834\u4e0a\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u63a5\u89f8\u5230\u7da0\u8272\u3001\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u4e5f\u9700\u8981\u6539\u8b8a\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u6d88\u8cbb\u7fd2\u6163\uff0c\u66f4\u52a0\u7406\u6027\u5730\u9078\u64c7\u7522\u54c1\u4e26\u652f\u6301\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u904e\u8cfc\u8cb7\u7b26\u5408\u74b0\u4fdd\u6a19\u6e96\u7684\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u9593\u63a5\u63a8\u52d5\u4f01\u696d\u52a0\u5927\u5c0d\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u6295\u5165\u548c\u958b\u767c\u529b\u5ea6\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u4e00\u500b\u826f\u6027\u5faa\u74b0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u61c9\u7576\u66f4\u52a0\u7a4d\u6975\u53c3\u8207\u56de\u6536\u518d\u5229\u7528\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u4e3b\u52d5\u5206\u985e\u5783\u573e\u3001\u56de\u6536\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7b49\u3002\u901a\u904e\u9019\u4e9b\u5c0f\u5c0f\u7684\u8209\u63aa\uff0c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u4e5f\u80fd\u70ba\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u51fa\u4e00\u4efd\u529b\uff0c\u8207\u4f01\u696d\u5171\u540c\u63a8\u52d5\u793e\u6703\u8d70\u5411\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u6d3b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u7684EPR\u653f\u7b56\u70ba\u5f15\u5c0e\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u64c1\u62b1\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u6d3b\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u826f\u597d\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u57fa\u790e\u548c\u5e02\u5834\u74b0\u5883\u3002\u4f01\u696d\u9700\u8981\u5f9e\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u88fd\u9020\u5230\u5f8c\u671f\u56de\u6536\u518d\u5229\u7528\u5168\u65b9\u4f4d\u8ca0\u8cac\uff0c\u800c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u4e5f\u9700\u8981\u6539\u8b8a\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u6d88\u8cbb\u7fd2\u6163\uff0c\u652f\u6301\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u548c\u53c3\u8207\u74b0\u4fdd\u884c\u52d5\u3002\u552f\u6709\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u624d\u80fd\u5171\u540c\u5efa\u8a2d\u4e00\u500b\u66f4\u52a0\u6e05\u6f54\u3001\u7f8e\u9e97\u7684\u5730\u7403\u5bb6\u5712\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff1a\u5f15\u5c0e\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u64c1\u62b1\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u6d3b
