\u96a8\u8457\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u5883\u554f\u984c\u65e5\u76ca\u56b4\u91cd\uff0c\u5404\u570b\u7d1b\u7d1b\u958b\u59cb\u95dc\u6ce8\u548c\u5be6\u65bd\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u653f\u7b56\u3002\u6b50\u76df\u4f5c\u70ba\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u6700\u5927\u7684\u7d93\u6fdf\u9ad4\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u4e00\u76f4\u5728\u7a4d\u6975\u63a8\u52d5\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0cEPR\uff08Extended Producer Responsibility\uff09\u4f5c\u70ba\u4e00\u7a2e\u653f\u7b56\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u5df2\u6210\u70ba\u6b50\u76df\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u65b0\u7126\u9ede\uff0c\u5f15\u9818\u8457\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u65b0\u98a8\u5c1a\u3002<\/p>\n

EPR\u653f\u7b56\u662f\u6307\u5f37\u5236\u6027\u7684\u5ef6\u4f38\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u751f\u7522\u3001\u5305\u88dd\u548c\u92b7\u552e\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u5c31\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u6574\u500b\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u8ca0\u8cac\u3002\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u9700\u8981\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u5c31\u8003\u616e\u5230\u8cc7\u6e90\u7bc0\u7d04\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\uff0c\u4e26\u627f\u64d4\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u5f8c\u671f\u56de\u6536\u8655\u7406\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u5e0c\u671b\u5f15\u5c0e\u4f01\u696d\u5be6\u73fe\u201c\u5148\u6c61\u67d3\u8005\u8ca0\u8cac\u201d\u3001\u201c\u7528\u6236\u4ed8\u8cbb\u201d\u548c\u201c\u8cc7\u6e90\u5faa\u74b0\u5229\u7528\u201d\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u4fc3\u9032\u74b0\u5883\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9f13\u52f5\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u6e1b\u5c11\u4f7f\u7528\u96e3\u4ee5\u56de\u6536\u6216\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u56b4\u91cd\u6c61\u67d3\u7684\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u4e26\u63d0\u5021\u4f7f\u7528\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u8cc7\u6e90\u548c\u53ef\u56de\u6536\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u5f9e\u6e90\u982d\u4e0a\u6e1b\u5c11\u74b0\u5883\u58d3\u529b\u3002\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u8981\u6c42\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u8a2d\u8a08\u7522\u54c1\u6642\u5fc5\u9808\u8003\u616e\u5230\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u62c6\u89e3\u548c\u56de\u6536\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u4e26\u627f\u64d4\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\u548c\u6210\u672c\u3002\u9019\u6a23\u4e00\u4f86\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u53ef\u4ee5\u964d\u4f4e\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a8\u52d5\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6709\u6548\u5229\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5728\u5be6\u65bdEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u4e00\u4e9b\u986f\u8457\u7684\u6210\u5c31\u3002\u6bd4\u5982\uff0c\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u63a8\u52d5\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u5728\u5ee2\u68c4\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u56de\u6536\u8655\u7406\u65b9\u9762\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u5f88\u5927\u9032\u5c55\uff0c\u4e26\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u4e00\u5957\u5b8c\u5584\u7684\u56de\u6536\u8655\u7406\u9ad4\u7cfb\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5728\u5305\u88dd\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u56de\u6536\u518d\u5229\u7528\u65b9\u9762\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u4e5f\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u660e\u986f\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u6e1b\u5c11\u4e86\u5305\u88dd\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n

\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8981\u60f3\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u63a8\u52d5EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\uff0c\u9084\u9700\u8981\u514b\u670d\u4e00\u4e9b\u6311\u6230\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u52a0\u5f37\u5c0dEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5ba3\u50b3\u548c\u57f9\u8a13\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u4f01\u696d\u548c\u516c\u773e\u5c0dEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u8a8d\u8b58\u548c\u7406\u89e3\u3002\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u5efa\u7acb\u5065\u5168\u7684\u76e3\u7ba1\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u78ba\u4fddEPR\u653f\u7b56\u80fd\u5920\u5f97\u5230\u6709\u6548\u57f7\u884c\u3002\u6700\u5f8c\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u52a0\u5927\u5c0d\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u696d\u7684\u652f\u6301\u529b\u5ea6\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u76f8\u95dc\u6280\u8853\u548c\u8a2d\u5099\u7684\u5347\u7d1a\u548c\u5275\u65b0\u3002<\/p>\n
