Producer Responsibility, EPR)\u653f\u7b56\u6b63\u6210\u70ba\u5be6\u73fe\u9019\u4e00\u76ee\u6a19\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u5de5\u5177\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7406\u5ff5\u662f\u5f37\u5236\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u6574\u500b\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u4e2d\u8ca0\u8cac\u8655\u7406\u7522\u54c1\u6240\u7522\u751f\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u88fd\u9020\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u548c\u5ee2\u68c4\u968e\u6bb5\u3002\u9019\u9805\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c07\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u7522\u751f\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u5faa\u74b0\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u70ba\u6253\u9020\u7da0\u8272\u672a\u4f86\u5960\u5b9a\u95dc\u9375\u57fa\u790e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c07\u5c0d\u591a\u500b\u884c\u696d\u7522\u751f\u7a4d\u6975\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u88fd\u9020\u696d\u800c\u8a00\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u5c07\u9f13\u52f5\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u5c31\u8003\u616e\u5176\u5f8c\u7e8c\u8655\u7406\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u6e1b\u5c11\u7522\u54c1\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u5c0d\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u5c07\u66f4\u52a0\u95dc\u6ce8\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u8cea\u91cf\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\u7a0b\u5ea6\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u63a8\u52d5\u5e02\u5834\u5411\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u65b9\u5411\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u9084\u5c07\u4fc3\u9032\u76f8\u95dc\u7522\u696d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u5982\u518d\u751f\u8cc7\u6e90\u56de\u6536\u8655\u7406\u884c\u696d\u5c07\u8fce\u4f86\u65b0\u7684\u6a5f\u9047\u548c\u6311\u6230\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6b50\u76df\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5df2\u7d93\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u6210\u6548\u3002\u6b50\u76df\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u7a4d\u6975\u63a8\u52d5\u5404\u6210\u54e1\u570b\u52a0\u5f37EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u57f7\u884c\u529b\u5ea6\uff0c\u4e26\u901a\u904e\u52a0\u5f37\u76e3\u7ba1\u548c\u6a19\u6e96\u5316\u4f86\u63d0\u9ad8\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6709\u6548\u6027\u3002\u8209\u4f8b\u5982\u4eca\u65e5\u5e38\u7528\u7684\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u548c\u5bb6\u7528\u96fb\u5668\uff0c\u5728\u6b50\u76df\u5730\u5340\u90fd\u5be6\u65bd\u4e86\u56b4\u683c\u7684EPR\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u9700\u8981\u8ca0\u8cac\u56de\u6536\u8655\u7406\u9019\u4e9b\u7522\u54c1\u6240\u7522\u751f\u7684\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u6709\u6548\u63a8\u9032\u4e86\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u8655\u7406\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u9084\u9762\u81e8\u8457\u4e00\u4e9b\u6311\u6230\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u4e0d\u540c\u570b\u5bb6\u548c\u5730\u5340\u5c0d\u65bcEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u7406\u89e3\u548c\u57f7\u884c\u5b58\u5728\u5dee\u7570\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u52a0\u5f37\u5354\u8abf\u548c\u5408\u4f5c\u3002\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u90e8\u5206\u4f01\u696d\u5c0d\u65bcEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u914d\u5408\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e0d\u5920\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u52a0\u5927\u5ba3\u50b3\u548c\u7763\u4fc3\u529b\u5ea6\u3002\u6700\u5f8c\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u9577\u671f\u6548\u61c9\u9084\u6709\u5f85\u89c0\u5bdf\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u8a55\u4f30\u548c\u8abf\u6574\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u662f\u63a8\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u4e00\u6b65\uff0c\u5b83\u5c07\u5c0d\u88fd\u9020\u696d\u3001\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u548c\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u696d\u90fd\u7522\u751f\u7a4d\u6975\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u6b50\u76df\u5c07\u7e7c\u7e8c\u52a0\u5f37EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u57f7\u884c\u529b\u5ea6\uff0c\u4e26\u901a\u904e\u570b\u969b\u5408\u4f5c\u4f86\u63a8\u52d5\u5168\u7403\u7da0\u8272\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u76f8\u4fe1\u5728\u5168\u793e\u6703\u7684\u5171\u540c\u52aa\u529b\u4e0b\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u5c07\u6210\u70ba\u6253\u9020\u7da0\u8272\u672a\u4f86\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u95dc\u9375\u4e00\u6b65\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff1a\u6253\u9020\u7da0\u8272\u672a\u4f86\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u4e00\u6b65
