\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff08Extended Producer Responsibility\uff0c\u5ef6\u4f38\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\uff09\u653f\u7b56\u4e00\u76f4\u4ee5\u4f86\u90fd\u662f\u6b50\u76df\u5728\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u8209\u63aa\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u9019\u9805\u653f\u7b56\u65e8\u5728\u901a\u904e\u6cd5\u5f8b\u624b\u6bb5\uff0c\u4fc3\u4f7f\u4f01\u696d\u5c0d\u5176\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u6574\u500b\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u8ca0\u8d77\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u63a8\u52d5\u4f01\u696d\u5be6\u73fe\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u7522\u65b9\u5f0f\u7684\u5168\u9762\u5347\u7d1a\u3002<\/p>\n

EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7406\u5ff5\u662f\u201c\u6c61\u67d3\u8005\u8ca0\u8cac\u539f\u5247\u201d\uff0c\u5373\u751f\u7522\u8005\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u88fd\u9020\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u548c\u5ee2\u68c4\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u61c9\u8a72\u627f\u64d4\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u9019\u4e00\u7406\u5ff5\u7684\u63d0\u51fa\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u5730\u6539\u8b8a\u4e86\u50b3\u7d71\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u7ba1\u7406\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u5f9e\u55ae\u7d14\u7684\u653f\u5e9c\u76e3\u7ba1\u8f49\u8b8a\u70ba\u4f01\u696d\u81ea\u89ba\u627f\u64d4\u793e\u6703\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u5c07\u88ab\u8feb\u91cd\u65b0\u5be9\u8996\u5176\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u6750\u6599\u9078\u64c7\u3001\u751f\u7522\u5de5\u85dd\u548c\u5f8c\u7e8c\u8655\u7406\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u4e26\u5c0b\u6c42\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5728\u5be6\u969b\u64cd\u4f5c\u4e2d\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u4e3b\u8981\u901a\u904e\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5e7e\u500b\u65b9\u9762\u4f86\u63a8\u52d5\u4f01\u696d\u5be6\u73fe\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u7522\u65b9\u5f0f\u7684\u5168\u9762\u5347\u7d1a\uff1a<\/p>\n

\u9996\u5148\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u8981\u6c42\u4f01\u696d\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u5c31\u8003\u616e\u74b0\u5883\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u9f13\u52f5\u4f7f\u7528\u53ef\u5faa\u74b0\u5229\u7528\u7684\u6750\u6599\u3001\u6e1b\u5c11\u80fd\u6e90\u6d88\u8017\u3001\u5ef6\u9577\u7522\u54c1\u58fd\u547d\u7b49\u3002\u9019\u5c07\u8feb\u4f7f\u4f01\u696d\u5c0b\u627e\u66f4\u5177\u74b0\u4fdd\u6027\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u6027\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u5f9e\u6e90\u982d\u4e0a\u6e1b\u5c11\u74b0\u5883\u6c61\u67d3\u548c\u8cc7\u6e90\u6d6a\u8cbb\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6b64\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u9f13\u52f5\u4f01\u696d\u901a\u904e\u6280\u8853\u5275\u65b0\u548c\u751f\u7522\u5de5\u85dd\u6539\u9032\u4f86\u964d\u4f4e\u74b0\u5883\u98a8\u96aa\u548c\u6c61\u67d3\u6392\u653e\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u4f01\u696d\u91c7\u7528\u6e05\u6f54\u751f\u7522\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u5c0d\u5ee2\u6c23\u3001\u5ee2\u6c34\u548c\u56fa\u9ad4\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u9032\u884c\u6709\u6548\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5be6\u73fe\u751f\u7522\u904e\u7a0b\u7684\u7da0\u8272\u5316\u548c\u74b0\u4fdd\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6700\u5f8c\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u901a\u904e\u5efa\u7acb\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u76e3\u7ba1\u548c\u6fc0\u52f5\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u5f37\u5316\u5c0d\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u76e3\u7763\u548c\u6aa2\u67e5\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u901a\u904e\u7a05\u6536\u6e1b\u514d\u3001\u734e\u52f5\u88dc\u8cbc\u7b49\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u9f13\u52f5\u4f01\u696d\u81ea\u767c\u6027\u5730\u52a0\u5927\u5c0d\u74b0\u4fdd\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u6295\u5165\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u4f01\u696d\u5be6\u73fe\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u7522\u65b9\u5f0f\u7684\u5168\u9762\u5347\u7d1a\u3002<\/p>\n
