Responsibility\uff09\u5373\u5ef6\u4f38\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\u5236\u5ea6\u66f4\u662f\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u63a8\u52d5\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u8cc7\u6e90\u518d\u5229\u7528\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u6a5f\u5236\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u900f\u904eEPR\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u9700\u627f\u64d4\u7522\u54c1\u6574\u500b\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u4e2d\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u88fd\u9020\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u548c\u8655\u7f6e\u7b49\u5404\u500b\u74b0\u7bc0\uff0c\u4ee5\u9054\u5230\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u4e26\u63d0\u9ad8\u8cc7\u6e90\u518d\u5229\u7528\u7387\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n<p>EPR\u5236\u5ea6\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c0d\u65bc\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u5e36\u4f86\u4e86\u53ef\u559c\u7684\u6548\u679c\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0cEPR\u9f13\u52f5\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u5c31\u8003\u616e\u8cc7\u6e90\u5faa\u74b0\u5229\u7528\u548c\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u8655\u7406\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u7522\u54c1\u751f\u7522\u5411\u74b0\u4fdd\u65b9\u5411\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u5176\u6b21\uff0cEPR\u4fc3\u4f7f\u4f01\u696d\u4e3b\u52d5\u53c3\u8207\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8cc7\u6e90\u518d\u5229\u7528\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u589e\u5f37\u4e86\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u793e\u6703\u8cac\u4efb\u611f\uff0c\u4e5f\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u63d0\u5347\u4f01\u696d\u5f62\u8c61\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u900f\u904eEPR\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u76e3\u7763\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u53bb\u5411\uff0c\u9632\u6b62\u74b0\u5883\u6c61\u67d3\u554f\u984c\u7684\u767c\u751f\uff0c\u4fdd\u969c\u516c\u773e\u5065\u5eb7\u548c\u751f\u614b\u74b0\u5883\u5b89\u5168\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u548c\u793e\u6703\u5e36\u4f86\u7a4d\u6975\u5f71\u97ff\u5916\uff0cEPR\u5236\u5ea6\u9084\u80fd\u5920\u70ba\u4f01\u696d\u5e36\u4f86\u5be6\u8cea\u7684\u7d93\u6fdf\u5229\u76ca\u3002\u901a\u904e\u5be6\u65bdEPR\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u53ef\u4ee5\u964d\u4f4e\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u8655\u7406\u6210\u672c\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u8cc7\u6e90\u518d\u5229\u7528\u7387\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u958b\u767c\u51fa\u65b0\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u56de\u6536\u548c\u518d\u88fd\u9020\u696d\u52d9\uff0c\u5275\u9020\u984d\u5916\u7684\u6536\u5165\u4f86\u6e90\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cEPR\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u4fc3\u9032\u4f01\u696d\u6280\u8853\u5275\u65b0\u548c\u7522\u54c1\u5347\u7d1a\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u7af6\u722d\u529b\u548c\u5e02\u5834\u5730\u4f4d\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8981\u5be6\u73feEPR\u5236\u5ea6\u7684\u6709\u6548\u904b\u4f5c\uff0c\u4ecd\u7136\u9762\u81e8\u8457\u4e00\u4e9b\u6311\u6230\u548c\u56f0\u96e3\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u5efa\u7acb\u5b8c\u5584\u7684\u76e3\u7ba1\u548c\u57f7\u6cd5\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u5404\u65b9\u90fd\u80fd\u5920\u56b4\u683c\u9075\u5b88\u76f8\u95dc\u6cd5\u898f\u548c\u898f\u5b9a\u3002\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u52a0\u5f37\u516c\u773e\u610f\u8b58\u548c\u53c3\u8207\u5ea6\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u5206\u985e\u548c\u56de\u6536\u7684\u7387\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u70ba\u5efa\u8a2d\u74b0\u4fdd\u578b\u793e\u6703\u8ca2\u737b\u529b\u91cf\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u9084\u9700\u8981\u653f\u5e9c\u3001\u4f01\u696d\u548c\u793e\u6703\u5404\u754c\u52a0\u5f37\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u5171\u8b58\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u63a8\u52d5EPR\u5236\u5ea6\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u548c\u843d\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u7684EPR\u5236\u5ea6\u4f5c\u70ba\u4e00\u7a2e\u63a8\u52d5\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u8cc7\u6e90\u518d\u5229\u7528\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u3001\u8cc7\u6e90\u7bc0\u7d04\u548c\u7d93\u6fdf\u767c\u5c55\u90fd\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u610f\u7fa9\u3002\u901a\u904e\u5404\u65b9\u7684\u52aa\u529b\u548c\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u76f8\u4fe1EPR\u5236\u5ea6\u5c07\u6703\u5728\u672a\u4f86\u767c\u63ee\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u70ba\u5efa\u8a2d\u74b0\u4fdd\u3001\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u793e\u6703\u8ca2\u737b\u529b\u91cf\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff1a\u63a8\u52d5\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u8cc7\u6e90\u518d\u5229\u7528\u5229\u6f64
