Responsibility\uff09\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u63a8\u52d5\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u548c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7522\u751f\u3002\u9019\u9805\u6cd5\u6848\u7684\u901a\u904e\u6a19\u8a8c\u8457\u6b50\u76df\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u63a8\u9032\u7da0\u8272\u6d88\u8cbb\u6f6e\u6d41\uff0c\u52a0\u5f37\u4f01\u696d\u5c0d\u7522\u54c1\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5be6\u73fe\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n<p>EPR\u6cd5\u6848\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7406\u5ff5\u662f\u201c\u6c61\u67d3\u8005\u8ca0\u8cac\u539f\u5247\u201d\uff0c\u5373\u7531\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u548c\u9032\u53e3\u5546\u627f\u64d4\u5ee2\u68c4\u7522\u54c1\u7ba1\u7406\u548c\u8655\u7f6e\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u9019\u5c07\u9f13\u52f5\u4f01\u696d\u5f9e\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u958b\u59cb\u5c31\u8003\u616e\u74b0\u5883\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u4e26\u52a0\u5f37\u5ee2\u68c4\u7522\u54c1\u56de\u6536\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\u7684\u63aa\u65bd\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\u6cd5\u6848\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u5e0c\u671b\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u6392\u653e\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6709\u6548\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u964d\u4f4e\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u5c0d\u4f01\u696d\u8ca0\u8cac\u5916\uff0cEPR\u6cd5\u6848\u9084\u5c07\u5c0d\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u7522\u751f\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u901a\u904e\u63d0\u9ad8\u5ee2\u68c4\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u8655\u7f6e\u6210\u672c\uff0c\u9f13\u52f5\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u9078\u64c7\u66f4\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u6fc0\u52f5\u5e02\u5834\u5411\u7da0\u8272\u6d88\u8cbb\u8f49\u578b\u3002\u9019\u5c07\u4fc3\u9032\u7da0\u8272\u6280\u8853\u548c\u5275\u65b0\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u70ba\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u696d\u6ce8\u5165\u65b0\u7684\u6d3b\u529b\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u5168\u7403\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\uff0c\u74b0\u4fdd\u8b70\u984c\u5df2\u6210\u70ba\u5404\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u548c\u4f01\u696d\u95dc\u6ce8\u7684\u7126\u9ede\u3002\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u6cd5\u6848\u7684\u51fa\u53f0\u5c07\u70ba\u5176\u4ed6\u570b\u5bb6\u63d0\u4f9b\u501f\u9451\u548c\u53c3\u8003\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u5168\u7403\u7da0\u8272\u6d88\u8cbb\u6f6e\u6d41\u7684\u8208\u8d77\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u9019\u4e5f\u5c07\u63a8\u52d5\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u696d\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u8207\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u61c9\u5c0d\u6c23\u5019\u8b8a\u5316\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u6c61\u67d3\u7b49\u6311\u6230\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u4e4b\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u6cd5\u6848\u7684\u901a\u904e\u5c07\u63a8\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u6d88\u8cbb\u6f6e\u6d41\u5728\u6b50\u6d32\u5730\u5340\u7684\u84ec\u52c3\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u4e26\u5c0d\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u7522\u751f\u7a4d\u6975\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u9019\u5c07\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u7684\u5b50\u5b6b\u5f8c\u4ee3\u7559\u4e0b\u66f4\u7f8e\u597d\u7684\u74b0\u5883\uff0c\u70ba\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u958b\u5275\u66f4\u5ee3\u95ca\u7684\u524d\u666f\u3002\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u5171\u540c\u671f\u5f85\u7da0\u8272\u6d88\u8cbb\u6f6e\u6d41\u7684\u5230\u4f86\uff0c\u70ba\u5730\u7403\u7684\u672a\u4f86\u51fa\u4e00\u4efd\u529b\uff01<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff1a\u63a8\u9032\u7da0\u8272\u6d88\u8cbb\u6f6e\u6d41
