Producer Responsibility, EPR)\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u63a8\u9032\u8cc7\u6e90\u518d\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7522\u751f\uff0c\u4e26\u4fc3\u9032\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>EPR\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7406\u5ff5\u662f\uff0c\u751f\u7522\u8005\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u5c31\u61c9\u8a72\u8003\u616e\u5230\u8a72\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u6574\u500b\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4f7f\u7528\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u8cc7\u6e90\u6d88\u8017\u548c\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u8655\u7406\u3002\u751f\u7522\u8005\u9700\u627f\u64d4\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u4e26\u5c0b\u6c42\u964d\u4f4e\u7522\u54c1\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457\u751f\u7522\u8005\u9700\u8981\u8a2d\u8a08\u66f4\u6613\u65bc\u56de\u6536\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\u7684\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u4e26\u63d0\u4f9b\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\u57fa\u790e\u8a2d\u65bd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u6cd5\u6848\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c07\u5c0d\u5404\u500b\u7522\u696d\u7522\u751f\u6df1\u9060\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u5c07\u4fc3\u4f7f\u4f01\u696d\u91cd\u65b0\u5be9\u8996\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u548c\u88fd\u9020\u904e\u7a0b\uff0c\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u7b26\u5408\u74b0\u4fdd\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u5c07\u63a8\u52d5\u56de\u6536\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\u7522\u696d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u70ba\u7da0\u8272\u7d93\u6fdf\u6ce8\u5165\u65b0\u52d5\u529b\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0cEPR\u9084\u5c07\u523a\u6fc0\u5275\u65b0\u6280\u8853\u7684\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6709\u6548\u5229\u7528\u548c\u5faa\u74b0\u5229\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u7684\u6307\u5c0e\u4e0b\uff0c\u5404\u6210\u54e1\u570b\u5c07\u5efa\u7acb\u66f4\u56b4\u683c\u7684\u76e3\u7ba1\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u52a0\u5f37\u5c0d\u751f\u7522\u8005\u548c\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u8655\u7406\u696d\u8005\u7684\u76e3\u7ba1\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u3002\u6b64\u8209\u5c07\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u9632\u6b62\u4e0d\u6cd5\u884c\u70ba\u548c\u9055\u898f\u64cd\u4f5c\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u5408\u7406\u5229\u7528\u548c\u5faa\u74b0\u518d\u751f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5c0d\u65bc\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u800c\u8a00\uff0cEPR\u5c07\u5e36\u4f86\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u56de\u6536\u548c\u5206\u985e\u6307\u5c0e\uff0c\u9f13\u52f5\u4eba\u5011\u6539\u8b8a\u6d88\u8cbb\u7fd2\u6163\uff0c\u9078\u64c7\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u3002\u9019\u4e5f\u5c07\u63d0\u9ad8\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u5c0d\u65bc\u7522\u54c1\u8cea\u91cf\u548c\u74b0\u4fdd\u6027\u80fd\u7684\u8a8d\u8b58\uff0c\u4fc3\u4f7f\u5e02\u5834\u671d\u8457\u66f4\u7da0\u8272\u3001\u66f4\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c07\u5c0d\u6574\u500b\u6b50\u6d32\u5730\u5340\u7522\u751f\u7a4d\u6975\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u8cc7\u6e90\u518d\u5229\u7528\u548c\u5faa\u74b0\u5229\u7528\u7684\u9032\u7a0b\u3002\u9019\u4e0d\u50c5\u7b26\u5408\u6b50\u76df\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u4e5f\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u503c\u5f97\u501f\u93e1\u7684\u6210\u529f\u7bc4\u4f8b\u3002\u5e0c\u671b\u901a\u904eEPR\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u898b\u8b49\u4e00\u500b\u66f4\u6e05\u6f54\u3001\u66f4\u7f8e\u9e97\u7684\u5730\u7403\u672a\u4f86\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff1a\u63a8\u9032\u8cc7\u6e90\u518d\u5229\u7528
