Responsibility\uff0c\u5ef6\u4f38\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u9805\u65e8\u5728\u63a8\u52d5\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u653f\u7b56\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\uff0c\u751f\u7522\u8005\u9700\u5c0d\u5176\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u6574\u500b\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u8ca0\u8d77\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5f9e\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u5230\u8655\u7406\u8a72\u7522\u54c1\u6210\u70ba\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u6642\u7684\u6240\u6709\u968e\u6bb5\u3002\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457\u751f\u7522\u8005\u9700\u8981\u8003\u616e\u5982\u4f55\u6e1b\u5c11\u7522\u54c1\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u4e26\u7a4d\u6975\u53c3\u8207\u56de\u6536\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\u820a\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u6d3b\u52d5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6b50\u76df\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u5df2\u7d93\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u986f\u8457\u7684\u6210\u5c31\u3002\u8a31\u591a\u570b\u5bb6\u901a\u904e\u7acb\u6cd5\u8981\u6c42\u4f01\u696d\u627f\u64d4\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u4e86\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u6e1b\u91cf\u5316\u548c\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6709\u6548\u5229\u7528\u3002\u751f\u7522\u8005\u5fc5\u9808\u652f\u4ed8\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u8cbb\u7528\u4f86\u8655\u7406\u4ed6\u5011\u6240\u751f\u7522\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u7522\u751f\u7684\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u9f13\u52f5\u4ed6\u5011\u63a1\u53d6\u74b0\u4fdd\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u8a2d\u8a08\u66f4\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u3001\u63d0\u4f9b\u56de\u6536\u65b9\u6848\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u96a8\u8457\u4eba\u5011\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u554f\u984c\u65e5\u76ca\u95dc\u6ce8\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u4e5f\u53d7\u5230\u4e86\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u91cd\u8996\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u5be6\u73fe\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u6e1b\u91cf\u5316\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u9019\u4e0d\u50c5\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u4fdd\u8b77\u6211\u5011\u7684\u5730\u7403\uff0c\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u4fc3\u9032\u7da0\u8272\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u5275\u9020\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u5c31\u696d\u6a5f\u6703\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u652f\u6301\u5916\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u548c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u4e5f\u61c9\u8a72\u5171\u540c\u52aa\u529b\uff0c\u7a4d\u6975\u53c3\u8207\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u548c\u8cc7\u6e90\u56de\u6536\u7684\u6d3b\u52d5\u3002\u4f01\u696d\u61c9\u8a72\u52a0\u5f37\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u4f7f\u7528\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u63d0\u5021\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u751f\u7522\u65b9\u5f0f\uff1b\u800c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u5247\u61c9\u8a72\u990a\u6210\u74b0\u4fdd\u6d88\u8cbb\u7684\u7fd2\u6163\uff0c\u9078\u64c7\u8cfc\u8cb7\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u7a4d\u6975\u53c3\u8207\u56de\u6536\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u70ba\u5efa\u8a2d\u74b0\u4fdd\u578b\u793e\u6703\u51fa\u4e00\u4efd\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c0d\u65bc\u63a8\u52d5\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u6e1b\u91cf\u5316\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u610f\u7fa9\u3002\u6211\u5011\u61c9\u8a72\u5171\u540c\u52aa\u529b\uff0c\u901a\u904e\u52a0\u5f37\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u7da0\u8272\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u7684\u5b50\u5b6b\u5f8c\u4ee3\u7559\u4e0b\u4e00\u500b\u66f4\u7f8e\u597d\u7684\u5730\u7403\u3002\u5e0c\u671b\u672a\u4f86\u5728\u5168\u7403\u8303\u570d\u5167\u90fd\u80fd\u5920\u63a8\u884c\u985e\u4f3c\u7684\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u7684\u5730\u7403\u66f4\u52a0\u7f8e\u597d\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff1a\u63d0\u5021\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u6e1b\u91cf\u5316
