\u6b50\u76df\u8fd1\u5e74\u4f86\u4e00\u76f4\u5728\u7a4d\u6975\u63a8\u52d5\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u53ca\u8cc7\u6e90\u56de\u6536\u7684\u76f8\u95dc\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u800c\u5ef6\u4f38\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\uff08Extended Producer Responsibility, EPR\uff09\u653f\u7b56\u6b63\u662f\u5176\u4e2d\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c0d\u65bc\u4fc3\u9032\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u8207\u7da0\u8272\u74b0\u4fdd\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u5927\u610f\u7fa9\uff0c\u672c\u6587\u5c07\u5c31\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u7684\u76f8\u95dc\u5167\u5bb9\u9032\u884c\u63a2\u8a0e\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9996\u5148\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u5f37\u8abf\u4e86\u751f\u7522\u8005\u5c0d\u65bc\u7522\u54c1\u6574\u500b\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u8ca0\u8cac\u4efb\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u5373\u5f9e\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u751f\u7522\u3001\u5305\u88dd\u5230\u4f7f\u7528\u548c\u8655\u7406\u5f8c\u7684\u56de\u6536\u7b49\u5404\u500b\u74b0\u7bc0\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u5168\u65b9\u4f4d\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\u89c0\u5ff5\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u5730\u9f13\u52f5\u751f\u7522\u8005\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u5c31\u8003\u616e\u8cc7\u6e90\u7bc0\u7d04\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\u6027\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u7522\u751f\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5176\u6b21\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a8\u52d5\u7522\u54c1\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u56de\u6536\u518d\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u65bc\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u904e\u5ea6\u958b\u91c7\u548c\u6d88\u8017\u3002\u901a\u904e\u64f4\u5927\u5ef6\u4f38\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\u7684\u7bc4\u7587\uff0c\u751f\u7522\u8005\u5fc5\u9808\u53c3\u8207\u4e26\u8ca0\u64d4\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u56de\u6536\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u9019\u4e5f\u5c31\u610f\u5473\u8457\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u8cc7\u6e90\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f97\u5230\u6709\u6548\u56de\u6536\u518d\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u65bc\u65b0\u9bae\u539f\u6599\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u7bc0\u7d04\u80fd\u6e90\u548c\u6e1b\u5c11\u6392\u653e\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n

\u518d\u8005\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a8\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u548c\u61c9\u7528\u3002\u5728EPR\u7684\u6307\u5c0e\u4e0b\uff0c\u751f\u7522\u8005\u6703\u66f4\u52a0\u7a4d\u6975\u5730\u958b\u767c\u7b26\u5408\u74b0\u5883\u6a19\u6e96\u7684\u7da0\u8272\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u901a\u904e\u8ca0\u64d4\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u56de\u6536\u8cac\u4efb\u4f86\u4fdd\u8b49\u9019\u4e9b\u7522\u54c1\u5728\u4f7f\u7528\u5f8c\u80fd\u5920\u5f97\u5230\u6709\u6548\u56de\u6536\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u63a8\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u74b0\u4fdd\u7406\u5ff5\u7684\u666e\u53ca\u548c\u61c9\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6700\u5f8c\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u4fc3\u9032\u7522\u696d\u7684\u8f49\u578b\u5347\u7d1a\u548c\u6280\u8853\u7684\u5275\u65b0\u3002\u5728\u9019\u500b\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u5404\u500b\u7522\u696d\u9700\u8981\u4e0d\u65b7\u5730\u6539\u9032\u548c\u5275\u65b0\u751f\u7522\u5de5\u85dd\uff0c\u958b\u767c\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u7bc0\u80fd\u7684\u751f\u7522\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u9700\u8981\u4e0d\u65b7\u5730\u5b8c\u5584\u56de\u6536\u8655\u7406\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u63a8\u52d5\u7522\u696d\u7684\u8f49\u578b\u5347\u7d1a\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u7da0\u8272\u4f4e\u78b3\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n
