Responsibility\uff09\uff0c\u662f\u8fd1\u5e74\u4f86\u5728\u74b0\u4fdd\u9818\u57df\u5099\u53d7\u95dc\u6ce8\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u8b70\u984c\u3002\u9019\u9805\u653f\u7b56\u65e8\u5728\u63a8\u52d5\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u5168\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u5167\u8ca0\u64d4\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u964d\u4f4e\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u9f13\u52f5\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u6b50\u76df\u570b\u5bb6\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u8e10\u610f\u7fa9\u4e0d\u8a00\u800c\u55bb\uff0c\u5b83\u4e0d\u50c5\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u6e1b\u5c11\u74b0\u5883\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a8\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9996\u5148\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u8e10\u5c0d\u65bc\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u5927\u610f\u7fa9\u3002\u904e\u53bb\uff0c\u8a31\u591a\u7522\u54c1\u5728\u4f7f\u7528\u58fd\u547d\u7d50\u675f\u5f8c\u88ab\u68c4\u7f6e\uff0c\u9032\u5165\u5783\u573e\u586b\u57cb\u5834\u6216\u711a\u71d2\u5834\uff0c\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u4e86\u56b4\u91cd\u6c61\u67d3\u3002\u800cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u8981\u6c42\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u5c31\u8003\u616e\u5230\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u8655\u7406\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u4e26\u627f\u64d4\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u8655\u7406\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u9019\u6a23\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u885d\u64ca\uff0c\u4fdd\u8b77\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u548c\u751f\u614b\u74b0\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u6b21\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u8e10\u53ef\u4ee5\u4fc3\u9032\u7da0\u8272\u7522\u696d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u6839\u64daEPR\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u9700\u8981\u5c0b\u627e\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u4e26\u6295\u5165\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u8cc7\u91d1\u548c\u6280\u8853\u9032\u884c\u74b0\u4fdd\u6539\u9020\uff0c\u9019\u5c07\u5e36\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u6280\u8853\u7684\u5275\u65b0\u548c\u61c9\u7528\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u696d\u93c8\u4e0a\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u4e5f\u6703\u53d7\u76ca\u65bcEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u8e10\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u4f9b\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u8655\u7406\u3001\u518d\u751f\u8cc7\u6e90\u56de\u6536\u7b49\u76f8\u95dc\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u4fc3\u9032\u7da0\u8272\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u70ba\u793e\u6703\u5275\u9020\u66f4\u591a\u5c31\u696d\u6a5f\u6703\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u8e10\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a8\u52d5\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u7da0\u8272\u6d88\u8cbb\u89c0\u5ff5\u7684\u5f62\u6210\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u9700\u8981\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u4e0a\u6a19\u793a\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u6a19\u8b58\uff0c\u63d0\u9192\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u5728\u8cfc\u8cb7\u6642\u8003\u616e\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u9019\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u5f15\u5c0e\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u8f49\u8b8a\u6d88\u8cbb\u89c0\u5ff5\uff0c\u9078\u64c7\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u589e\u52a0\u4e5f\u5c07\u4fc3\u9032\u5e02\u5834\u4e0a\u66f4\u591a\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u958b\u767c\u548c\u63a8\u5ee3\uff0c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u4fc3\u9032\u7da0\u8272\u6d88\u8cbb\u7406\u5ff5\u7684\u666e\u53ca\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u4e4b\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u8e10\u5c0d\u65bc\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u7da0\u8272\u7d93\u6fdf\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u610f\u7fa9\u3002\u900f\u904e\u9019\u9805\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u3001\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u548c\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u696d\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u4e2d\u626e\u6f14\u66f4\u52a0\u7a4d\u6975\u7684\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u63a8\u52d5\u793e\u6703\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u6211\u5011\u671f\u5f85\u8457EPR\u653f\u7b56\u5728\u6b50\u76df\u570b\u5bb6\u5f97\u5230\u66f4\u52a0\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u548c\u63a8\u52d5\uff0c\u70ba\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u6ce8\u5165\u65b0\u7684\u6d3b\u529b\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u74b0\u4fdd\u5229\u5668\uff1a\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u8e10\u610f\u7fa9
