\u6b50\u76df(European Union)\u4e00\u76f4\u4ee5\u4f86\u90fd\u5728\u74b0\u4fdd\u8b70\u984c\u4e0a\u626e\u6f14\u8457\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u800c\u5176\u63a8\u884c\u7684EPR\uff08Extended Producer Responsibility\uff09\u653f\u7b56\u66f4\u662f\u5728\u5168\u7403\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u7522\u751f\u4e86\u6df1\u9060\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7406\u5ff5\u5728\u65bc\u5f37\u5236\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u6574\u500b\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u4e2d\u8ca0\u64d4\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u5f9e\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u958b\u59cb\u76f4\u5230\u7522\u54c1\u5831\u5ee2\u5f8c\u7684\u8655\u7406\u548c\u56de\u6536\u3002\u9019\u9805\u653f\u7b56\u65e8\u5728\u9f13\u52f5\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u751f\u7522\u66f4\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u63a8\u52d5\u5fb9\u5e95\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u5faa\u74b0\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u964d\u4f4e\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u4e0d\u50c5\u5728\u6b50\u6d32\u672c\u571f\u7522\u751f\u4e86\u6df1\u9060\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u5c0d\u5168\u7403\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7522\u751f\u4e86\u7a4d\u6975\u7684\u63a8\u52d5\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u4f5c\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u6700\u5927\u7684\u6d88\u8cbb\u5e02\u5834\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u5176\u74b0\u4fdd\u653f\u7b56\u5c0d\u6d89\u53ca\u6b50\u76df\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u548c\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u7522\u751f\u4e86\u76f4\u63a5\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u8a31\u591a\u4f01\u696d\u70ba\u7b26\u5408\u6b50\u76df\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u898f\u7bc4\uff0c\u7d1b\u7d1b\u52a0\u5927\u5c0d\u7522\u54c1\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\u5ea6\u7684\u6295\u5165\uff0c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u4fc3\u9032\u4e86\u7da0\u8272\u6280\u8853\u548c\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6210\u529f\u5be6\u65bd\u4e5f\u5728\u5168\u7403\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u6811\u7acb\u4e86\u74b0\u4fdd\u6a19\u7aff\uff0c\u8a31\u591a\u5176\u4ed6\u570b\u5bb6\u548c\u5730\u5340\u7d1b\u7d1b\u6548\u4eff\u6b50\u76df\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\uff0c\u9032\u884c\u985e\u4f3c\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u653f\u7b56\u6539\u9769\uff0c\u4ee5\u61c9\u5c0d\u65e5\u76ca\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u554f\u984c\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5728\u5168\u7403\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u4e5f\u5c0d\u5404\u500b\u7522\u696d\u7522\u751f\u4e86\u91cd\u5927\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u5728\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u884c\u696d\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u4fc3\u4f7f\u8a31\u591a\u516c\u53f8\u958b\u59cb\u6295\u5165\u7814\u767c\u548c\u751f\u7522\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u4e26\u52a0\u901f\u4e86\u820a\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u56de\u6536\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\u6d41\u7a0b\u3002\u5728\u5305\u88dd\u884c\u696d\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u63a8\u884c\u4e5f\u8feb\u4f7f\u4f01\u696d\u91cd\u65b0\u601d\u8003\u5305\u88dd\u8a2d\u8a08\u548c\u6750\u6599\u7684\u9078\u64c7\uff0c\u4ee5\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u885d\u64ca\u4e26\u63d0\u9ad8\u5305\u88dd\u6750\u6599\u7684\u53ef\u5faa\u74b0\u5229\u7528\u6027\u3002\u800c\u5728\u6c7d\u8eca\u88fd\u9020\u696d\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5247\u50ac\u751f\u4e86\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u7814\u767c\u6295\u5165\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u65b0\u80fd\u6e90\u6c7d\u8eca\u548c\u8f15\u91cf\u5316\u6750\u6599\u5f97\u5230\u66f4\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u63a8\u52d5\u4e86\u6c7d\u8eca\u5de5\u696d\u7684\u7da0\u8272\u8f49\u578b\u3002<\/p>\n

\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u5be6\u65bd\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4e5f\u9762\u81e8\u8457\u4e00\u4e9b\u6311\u6230\u548c\u554f\u984c\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u78ba\u7acb\u9700\u8981\u5b8c\u5584\u7684\u76e3\u7ba1\u6a5f\u5236\u548c\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6cd5\u898f\u9ad4\u7cfb\uff0c\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u653f\u7b56\u80fd\u5920\u6709\u6548\u843d\u5be6\u548c\u57f7\u884c\u3002\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u5728\u5168\u7403\u5316\u7684\u7d93\u6fdf\u80cc\u666f\u4e0b\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u5982\u4f55\u5e73\u8861\u4e0d\u540c\u570b\u5bb6\u548c\u5730\u5340\u7684\u5229\u76ca\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5982\u4f55\u8655\u7406\u8de8\u570b\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u8cac\u4efb\u4e5f\u6210\u70ba\u4e00\u500b\u4e9f\u5f85\u89e3\u6c7a\u7684\u96e3\u984c\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u4e5f\u9700\u8981\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u63d0\u9ad8\u5ee3\u5927\u6c11\u773e\u548c\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u610f\u8b58\uff0c\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u6574\u500b\u793e\u6703\u80fd\u5920\u5171\u540c\u53c3\u8207\u5230\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u4e2d\u4f86\u3002<\/p>\n
