Producer Responsibility\uff0c\u5ef6\u4f38\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\uff09\u4f5c\u70ba\u4e00\u7a2e\u63a8\u52d5\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u65b0\u578b\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u5728\u6b50\u76df\u5730\u5340\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528\u548c\u63a8\u52d5\u3002\u672c\u6587\u5c07\u5c31\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u7684\u63a8\u52d5\u529b\u91cf\u9032\u884c\u63a2\u8a0e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9996\u5148\uff0cEPR\u6a5f\u5236\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7406\u5ff5\u662f\u901a\u904e\u6cd5\u5f8b\u624b\u6bb5\uff0c\u9f13\u52f5\u7522\u54c1\u751f\u7522\u8005\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u751f\u7522\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u548c\u5831\u5ee2\u8655\u7406\u7684\u5168\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u627f\u64d4\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457\u751f\u7522\u8005\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u5c31\u61c9\u8a72\u8003\u616e\u5230\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u4f7f\u7528\u58fd\u547d\u7d50\u675f\u5f8c\u8ca0\u8cac\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\u5ee2\u68c4\u7522\u54c1\u3002EPR\u6a5f\u5236\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u4e0d\u50c5\u80fd\u5920\u6709\u6548\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u7684\u5371\u5bb3\uff0c\u9084\u80fd\u5920\u4fc3\u9032\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u7bc0\u80fd\u6e1b\u6392\u548c\u8cc7\u6e90\u518d\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5be6\u73fe\u7da0\u8272\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u751f\u7522\u548c\u6d88\u8cbb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u7684\u63a8\u52d5\u529b\u91cf\u4e3b\u8981\u9ad4\u73fe\u5728\u653f\u7b56\u6cd5\u898f\u7684\u5236\u5b9a\u548c\u57f7\u884c\u4e0a\u3002\u6b50\u76df\u901a\u904e\u7acb\u6cd5\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u5f37\u5236\u8981\u6c42\u5404\u6210\u54e1\u570b\u5728\u7279\u5b9a\u7522\u54c1\u9818\u57df\u5be6\u65bdEPR\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u4e26\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u76e3\u7ba1\u548c\u57f7\u884c\u6a5f\u69cb\uff0c\u78ba\u4fddEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6709\u6548\u5be6\u65bd\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u9084\u901a\u904e\u5c0dEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u4e0d\u65b7\u8abf\u6574\u548c\u5b8c\u5584\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86\u5c0d\u7522\u54c1\u751f\u7522\u8005\u548c\u76f8\u95dc\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u8cac\u4efb\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u63a8\u52d5\u4e86\u6574\u500b\u6b50\u76df\u5730\u5340\u7da0\u8272\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u696d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u548c\u5347\u7d1a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u518d\u8005\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u7684\u63a8\u52d5\u529b\u91cf\u9084\u9ad4\u73fe\u5728\u5c0d\u4f01\u696d\u548c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u7684\u5f15\u5c0e\u548c\u5f71\u97ff\u4e0a\u3002EPR\u6a5f\u5236\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u4f7f\u5f97\u7522\u54c1\u751f\u7522\u8005\u9700\u8981\u627f\u64d4\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u9019\u5c31\u8feb\u4f7f\u4ed6\u5011\u52a0\u5927\u5c0d\u7da0\u8272\u8a2d\u8a08\u548c\u751f\u7522\u6280\u8853\u7684\u6295\u5165\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u63a8\u52d5\u4e86\u7da0\u8272\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u5275\u65b0\u548c\u61c9\u7528\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0cEPR\u6a5f\u5236\u4e5f\u5c0d\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u7522\u751f\u4e86\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u901a\u904e\u52a0\u5f37\u5c0d\u7522\u54c1\u56de\u6536\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\u7684\u5ba3\u50b3\u6559\u80b2\uff0c\u9f13\u52f5\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u5f62\u6210\u74b0\u4fdd\u6d88\u8cbb\u89c0\u5ff5\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u826f\u6027\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u751f\u7522\u548c\u6d88\u8cbb\u751f\u614b\u74b0\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u4e4b\uff0cEPR\u6a5f\u5236\u4f5c\u70ba\u4e00\u7a2e\u63a8\u52d5\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u65b0\u578b\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u5728\u6b50\u76df\u5730\u5340\u767c\u63ee\u4e86\u7a4d\u6975\u7684\u63a8\u52d5\u529b\u91cf\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\u6a5f\u5236\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u4e0d\u50c5\u6709\u6548\u6e1b\u5c11\u4e86\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u7684\u5371\u5bb3\uff0c\u9084\u4fc3\u9032\u4e86\u7da0\u8272\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u751f\u7522\u548c\u6d88\u8cbb\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u6ce8\u5165\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u6d3b\u529b\u548c\u52d5\u529b\u3002\u5e0c\u671b\u5728\u672a\u4f86\uff0cEPR\u6a5f\u5236\u80fd\u5920\u5728\u66f4\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u7bc4\u7587\u5167\u5f97\u5230\u63a8\u5ee3\u548c\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u70ba\u5be6\u73fe\u5168\u7403\u7da0\u8272\u4f4e\u78b3\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u4f5c\u51fa\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u8ca2\u737b\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u74b0\u4fdd\u5275\u65b0\uff1a\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u7684\u63a8\u52d5\u529b\u91cf
