\u74b0\u4fdd\u554f\u984c\u4e00\u76f4\u662f\u5168\u7403\u5404\u5730\u95dc\u6ce8\u7684\u7126\u9ede\uff0c\u800c\u6b50\u76df\u4e00\u76f4\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u63a8\u52d5\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u5728\u9019\u500b\u80cc\u666f\u4e0b\uff0c\u64f4\u5c55\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\uff08Extended Producer Responsibility, EPR\uff09\u653f\u7b56\u6210\u70ba\u4e86\u6b50\u76df\u5728\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u9818\u57df\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u91cd\u8981\u8209\u63aa\u3002EPR\u653f\u7b56\u65e8\u5728\u4fc3\u4f7f\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u88fd\u9020\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u8003\u616e\u5230\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u4e26\u627f\u64d4\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5be6\u73fe\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6709\u6548\u5229\u7528\u548c\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u6e1b\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7406\u5ff5\u662f\u201c\u6c61\u67d3\u8005\u4ed8\u8cbb\u201d\u548c\u201c\u5148\u6c61\u67d3\u8005\u8ca0\u8cac\u201d\u3002\u901a\u904e\u9019\u4e00\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u9700\u8981\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u6574\u500b\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u4e2d\u8ca0\u8cac\u8655\u7406\u548c\u56de\u6536\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\uff0c\u4ee5\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u9019\u4e0d\u50c5\u53ef\u4ee5\u9f13\u52f5\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u8a2d\u8a08\u66f4\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u904e\u5ea6\u6d88\u8017\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5be6\u73fe\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u7522\u548c\u7d93\u6fdf\u589e\u9577\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u5e73\u8861\u3002<\/p>\n

\u96a8\u8457\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u4fdd\u610f\u8b58\u7684\u63d0\u9ad8\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u7bc4\u7587\u4e5f\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u64f4\u5927\u3002\u9664\u4e86\u50b3\u7d71\u7684\u56fa\u9ad4\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u958b\u59cb\u6d89\u53ca\u5230\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u3001\u5305\u88dd\u6750\u6599\u3001\u5851\u6599\u5236\u54c1\u7b49\u5404\u500b\u9818\u57df\u3002\u9019\u4e00\u591a\u5143\u5316\u7684\u64f4\u5c55\u4f7f\u5f97EPR\u653f\u7b56\u80fd\u5920\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u61c9\u5c0d\u7576\u524d\u548c\u672a\u4f86\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u6311\u6230\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5be6\u73fe\u74b0\u4fdd\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n

\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u9084\u9762\u81e8\u8457\u4e00\u4e9b\u6311\u6230\u548c\u56f0\u96e3\u3002\u9996\u5148\u662f\u653f\u7b56\u57f7\u884c\u7684\u6210\u672c\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5c0d\u4e2d\u5c0f\u4f01\u696d\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u6295\u5165\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u8cc7\u91d1\u548c\u4eba\u529b\u4f86\u6eff\u8db3\u653f\u7b56\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u5176\u6b21\u662f\u8de8\u570b\u5408\u4f5c\u548c\u4fe1\u606f\u5171\u4eab\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u6b50\u76df\u6210\u54e1\u570b\u4e4b\u9593\u5b58\u5728\u8457\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u7acb\u6cd5\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u9ad4\u7cfb\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u5be6\u73fe\u8de8\u570b\u5408\u4f5c\u548c\u4fe1\u606f\u5171\u4eab\u6210\u70ba\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u4e9f\u5f85\u89e3\u6c7a\u7684\u96e3\u984c\u3002<\/p>\n

\u70ba\u4e86\u89e3\u6c7a\u9019\u4e9b\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u6b63\u5728\u4e0d\u65b7\u52a0\u5f37\u5c0dEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u76e3\u7ba1\u548c\u6307\u5c0e\uff0c\u4e26\u901a\u904e\u6280\u8853\u5275\u65b0\u548c\u4fe1\u606f\u5171\u4eab\u4f86\u964d\u4f4e\u57f7\u884c\u6210\u672c\u548c\u63d0\u5347\u6548\u7387\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u9084\u7a4d\u6975\u9f13\u52f5\u5404\u6210\u54e1\u570b\u4e4b\u9593\u52a0\u5f37\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u61c9\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u6311\u6230\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5EPR\u653f\u7b56\u5728\u6b50\u6d32\u5730\u5340\u7684\u5168\u9762\u5be6\u65bd\u3002<\/p>\n
