Responsibility)\u653f\u7b56\u66f4\u662f\u74b0\u4fdd\u9769\u547d\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u5927\u63a8\u52d5\u529b\u91cf\u3002EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7406\u5ff5\u662f\u201c\u6c61\u67d3\u8005\u4ed8\u8cac\u4efb\u201d\uff0c\u5373\u7531\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u88fd\u9020\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u5c31\u61c9\u5c0d\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u5f8c\u671f\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\u8ca0\u8cac\u3002\u9019\u4e00\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c0d\u65bc\u63a8\u52d5\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u3001\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7522\u751f\u3001\u4fdd\u8b77\u74b0\u5883\u7b49\u65b9\u9762\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u610f\u7fa9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u63a8\u884c\uff0c\u9996\u5148\u9f13\u52f5\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u5c31\u8003\u616e\u5f8c\u671f\u56de\u6536\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\uff0c\u4ee5\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6d88\u8017\u548c\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u885d\u64ca\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u8a31\u591a\u6b50\u76df\u570b\u5bb6\u5df2\u7d93\u958b\u59cb\u5be6\u65bdEPR\u653f\u7b56\u4f86\u8655\u7406\u96fb\u5b50\u5783\u573e\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u9700\u8981\u70ba\u5176\u751f\u7522\u7684\u8a2d\u5099\u8ca0\u8cac\uff0c\u4e26\u78ba\u4fdd\u9019\u4e9b\u8a2d\u5099\u5728\u5831\u5ee2\u5f8c\u80fd\u5920\u5f97\u5230\u5408\u7406\u7684\u8655\u7406\u548c\u56de\u6536\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u6b21\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u901a\u904e\u5efa\u7acb\u6709\u6548\u7684\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\u7cfb\u7d71\u4f86\u63a8\u52d5\u74b0\u4fdd\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u9700\u8981\u53c3\u8207\u5efa\u7acb\u548c\u7dad\u8b77\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u56de\u6536\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u9700\u8981\u627f\u64d4\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u8cbb\u7528\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u505a\u6cd5\u4e0d\u50c5\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u5730\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u7522\u751f\uff0c\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u4fc3\u9032\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u518d\u5229\u7528\u548c\u518d\u751f\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9\u74b0\u5883\u5f97\u5230\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u4fdd\u8b77\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u6b64\u4e4b\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u4fc3\u9032\u7522\u696d\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u5728\u9019\u4e00\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u63a8\u52d5\u4e0b\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5c07\u4e0d\u5f97\u4e0d\u601d\u8003\u5982\u4f55\u901a\u904e\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u8a2d\u8a08\u548c\u88fd\u9020\u4f86\u6e1b\u5c11\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6d88\u8017\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u58fd\u547d\uff0c\u964d\u4f4e\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u9019\u4e5f\u5c07\u63a8\u52d5\u76f8\u95dc\u7522\u696d\u5411\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u3001\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u70ba\u6574\u500b\u793e\u6703\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u8ca2\u737b\u529b\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6b50\u76df\u7684\u7a4d\u6975\u63a8\u52d5\u4e0b\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u5df2\u7d93\u5728\u6b50\u6d32\u5404\u570b\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u61c9\u7528\u3002\u8a31\u591a\u570b\u5bb6\u7d1b\u7d1b\u901a\u904e\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6cd5\u898f\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u627f\u64d4\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u4e26\u7a4d\u6975\u53c3\u8207\u74b0\u4fdd\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u9019\u4e0d\u50c5\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u6539\u5584\u7576\u5730\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u54c1\u8cea\uff0c\u9084\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u63a8\u52d5\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u70ba\u4eba\u985e\u5171\u540c\u7684\u5bb6\u5712\u6ce8\u5165\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u7da0\u8272\u529b\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u4f5c\u70ba\u74b0\u4fdd\u9769\u547d\u7684\u4e00\u5927\u63a8\u52d5\u529b\u91cf\uff0c\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u689d\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u9053\u8def\u3002\u901a\u904e\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u627f\u64d4\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u5efa\u7acb\u6709\u6548\u7684\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u7522\u696d\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7b49\u624b\u6bb5\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u6b63\u5728\u70ba\u4fdd\u8b77\u5730\u7403\u74b0\u5883\u3001\u6539\u5584\u4eba\u985e\u5c45\u4f4f\u74b0\u5883\u4f5c\u51fa\u8457\u91cd\u8981\u8ca2\u737b\u3002\u76f8\u4fe1\u5728\u5168\u7403\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u5c07\u6703\u5f97\u5230\u66f4\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u70ba\u5efa\u8a2d\u4e00\u500b\u66f4\u52a0\u7f8e\u597d\u7684\u672a\u4f86\u4e0d\u61c8\u52aa\u529b\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u74b0\u4fdd\u9769\u547d\uff1a\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u7684\u63a8\u52d5\u529b\u91cf
