Responsibility\uff0c\u7c21\u7a31EPR\uff09\u5df2\u6210\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u4fdd\u653f\u7b56\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u91cd\u8981\u7126\u9ede\u3002\u5728\u6b50\u76df\uff0cEPR\u5236\u5ea6\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c0d\u65bc\u63a8\u52d5\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u672c\u6587\u5c07\u63a2\u8a0e\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u4f5c\u7528\u4ee5\u53ca\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u3001\u4f01\u696d\u548c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u4f5c\u7528\u4e4b\u4e00\u662f\u9f13\u52f5\u5ee0\u5546\u8ca0\u8d77\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u6839\u64daEPR\u539f\u5247\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u4e0d\u50c5\u9700\u5c0d\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u8ca0\u8cac\uff0c\u9084\u9700\u8981\u8ca0\u64d4\u8655\u7406\u548c\u56de\u6536\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u9019\u4e00\u8209\u63aa\u6709\u6548\u5730\u63a8\u52d5\u4e86\u5ee0\u5546\u5f9e\u201c\u751f\u7522\u5f8c\u5373\u62cb\u68c4\u201d\u7684\u50b3\u7d71\u6a21\u5f0f\u8f49\u8b8a\u70ba\u66f4\u70ba\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u751f\u7522\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u4fc3\u4f7f\u5176\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u6750\u6599\u9078\u64c7\u548c\u56de\u6536\u5229\u7528\u65b9\u9762\u66f4\u52a0\u6ce8\u91cd\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u901a\u904e\u5efa\u7acb\u56de\u6536\u9ad4\u7cfb\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u901a\u904e\u898f\u5b9a\u5ee0\u5546\u5fc5\u9808\u53c3\u8207\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u56de\u6536\u5229\u7528\u6d41\u7a0b\u4e26\u652f\u4ed8\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u8cbb\u7528\uff0cEPR\u5236\u5ea6\u9f13\u52f5\u4e86\u5c0d\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u9032\u884c\u6709\u6548\u7ba1\u7406\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\u3002\u9019\u4e0d\u50c5\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u904e\u5ea6\u958b\u91c7\uff0c\u9084\u80fd\u5920\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u4fdd\u8b77\u751f\u614b\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u9084\u5c0d\u4f01\u696d\u548c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u7522\u751f\u4e86\u7a4d\u6975\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u4f01\u696d\u800c\u8a00\uff0cEPR\u5236\u5ea6\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u8feb\u4f7f\u5176\u91cd\u65b0\u5be9\u8996\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u548c\u751f\u7522\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u63a8\u52d5\u6280\u8853\u5275\u65b0\u548c\u74b0\u4fdd\u578b\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u4e5f\u56e0EPR\u5236\u5ea6\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u800c\u7372\u76ca\u826f\u591a\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u66f4\u52a0\u65b9\u4fbf\u5730\u56de\u6536\u5229\u7528\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u8cfc\u8cb7\u5230\u7b26\u5408\u74b0\u4fdd\u6a19\u6e96\u7684\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u53c3\u8207\u5230\u7da0\u8272\u6d88\u8cbb\u7684\u884c\u5217\u4e2d\u4f86\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u5728\u63a8\u52d5\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u65b9\u9762\u767c\u63ee\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u9f13\u52f5\u4e86\u4f01\u696d\u8f49\u8b8a\u767c\u5c55\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u70ba\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u66f4\u591a\u9078\u64c7\u3002\u5728\u672a\u4f86\uff0c\u96a8\u8457\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u4fdd\u610f\u8b58\u7684\u63d0\u5347\uff0cEPR\u5236\u5ea6\u5c07\u5728\u66f4\u591a\u9818\u57df\u767c\u63ee\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u70ba\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u958b\u8f9f\u65b0\u7684\u9053\u8def\uff0c\u5f15\u9818\u4eba\u5011\u9081\u5411\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u672a\u4f86\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u65b0\u8def\u5f91\uff1a\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u4f5c\u7528
