\u8a8d\u8b49\u67e5\u8a62\u5b98\u7db2\u7684\u6b63\u78ba\u4f4d\u7f6e\u8207\u4f7f\u7528\u908f\u8f2f<\/h3>\n<p>FDA \u4e26\u672a\u63d0\u4f9b\u300c\u8a8d\u8b49\u300d\u5236\u5ea6\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u8981\u6c42\u98df\u54c1\u8a2d\u65bd\u9032\u884c\u300c\u8a3b\u518a\uff08Registration\uff09\u300d\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6b63\u78ba\u7684\u67e5\u8a62\u5c0d\u8c61\u70ba\u300c\u98df\u54c1\u8a2d\u65bd\u8a3b\u518a\u72c0\u614b\u300d\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u300c\u8a8d\u8b49\u8b49\u66f8\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f9d\u64da <strong>\u7f8e\u570b\u98df\u54c1\u85e5\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\uff08FDA\uff09<\/strong> \u7684\u516c\u958b\u8aaa\u660e\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u5883\u5167\u6216\u5411\u7f8e\u570b\u51fa\u53e3\u98df\u54c1\u7684\u8a2d\u65bd\uff0c\u5747\u9700\u900f\u904e FDA \u7684\u98df\u54c1\u8a2d\u65bd\u8a3b\u518a\u7cfb\u7d71\uff08Food Facility Registration\uff09\u5b8c\u6210\u8a3b\u518a\uff0c\u4e26\u53d6\u5f97\u552f\u4e00\u7684\u8a3b\u518a\u865f\u78bc\uff08Registration Number\uff09\u3002\u6b64\u8a3b\u518a\u8cc7\u6599\u6703\u9032\u5165 FDA \u7684\u516c\u958b\u8cc7\u6599\u5eab\uff0c\u53ef\u4f9b\u67e5\u8a62\u8207\u78ba\u8a8d\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5b98\u65b9\u6765\u6e90<\/strong>\uff1a<br \/>\n\ud83d\udcc4 FDA Food Facility \u5b98\u65b9\u67e5\u8a62\u7cfb\u7d71\u63d0\u4f9b\u591a\u7a2e\u67e5\u8a62\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Firm\/Facility Name<\/strong>\uff08\u516c\u53f8\u6216\u8a2d\u65bd\u540d\u7a31\uff09<\/li>\n<li><strong>Registration Number<\/strong>\uff08\u8a3b\u518a\u865f\u78bc\uff09<\/li>\n<li><strong>FEI Number<\/strong>\uff08\u98df\u54c1\u8a2d\u65bd\u8b58\u5225\u865f\u78bc\uff09<\/li>\n<li><strong>City<\/strong>\uff08\u57ce\u5e02\uff09<\/li>\n<li><strong>State\/Country<\/strong>\uff08\u5dde\u5225\u6216\u570b\u5bb6\uff09<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u5c0d\u65bc\u53f0\u7063\u8ce3\u5bb6\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u6700\u5e38\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u67e5\u8a62\u65b9\u5f0f\u70ba\u300c\u516c\u53f8\u540d\u7a31\u300d\u6216\u300c\u8a3b\u518a\u865f\u78bc\u300d\u3002\u82e5\u5df2\u77e5\u8a3b\u518a\u865f\u78bc\uff0c\u5efa\u8b70\u512a\u5148\u4f7f\u7528\u6b64\u6b04\u4f4d\uff0c\u53ef\u63d0\u9ad8\u67e5\u8a62\u6e96\u78ba\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f9d\u64da <strong>\u7f8e\u570b\u6d77\u95dc\u53ca\u908a\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u5c40\uff08CBP\uff09<\/strong> \u7684\u9032\u53e3\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u5411\u7f8e\u570b\u51fa\u53e3\u98df\u54c1\u7684\u8a2d\u65bd\uff0c\u5747\u9700\u5728\u51fa\u8ca8\u524d\u5b8c\u6210 FDA \u98df\u54c1\u8a2d\u65bd\u8a3b\u518a\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u9032\u53e3\u6587\u4ef6\u4e2d\u63d0\u4f9b\u6b63\u78ba\u7684\u8a3b\u518a\u865f\u78bc\u3002\u82e5\u67e5\u8a62\u7cfb\u7d71\u7121\u6cd5\u627e\u5230\u5c0d\u61c9\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0e\u81f4\u8ca8\u7269\u5728\u6d77\u95dc\u88ab\u6263\u7559\u6216\u8981\u6c42\u88dc\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5b98\u65b9\u6765\u6e90<\/strong>\uff1a<br
