Registration\uff09\u8207\u9032\u53e3\u4e8b\u524d\u901a\u77e5\uff08Prior Notice\uff09\u5169\u9805\u5f37\u5236\u6027\u7ba1\u5236\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u5efa\u7acb\u53ef\u8ffd\u6eaf\u6027\u8207\u98a8\u96aa\u7ba1\u7406\u67b6\u69cb\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u4e00\u3001FDA \u8a8d\u8b49\u6a19\u6e96\u7684\u5be6\u969b\u610f\u6db5<\/h3>\n<p>\u591a\u6578\u53f0\u7063\u8ce3\u5bb6\u5728\u6e96\u5099\u7f8e\u570b\u98df\u54c1\u51fa\u53e3\u6642\uff0c\u5e38\u4ee5\u70ba\u9700\u53d6\u5f97\u300cFDA \u8a8d\u8b49\u300d\uff0c\u4f46 FDA \u5c0d\u98df\u54c1\u7684\u7ba1\u5236\u908f\u8f2f\u4e26\u975e\u900f\u904e\u7522\u54c1\u8a8d\u8b49\u5236\u5ea6\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u900f\u904e\u8a2d\u65bd\u8a3b\u518a\u8207\u9032\u53e3\u7533\u5831\u5efa\u7acb\u8ffd\u6eaf\u8207\u7ba1\u7406\u6a5f\u5236\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f9d\u64da FDA \u5b98\u65b9\u7db2\u7ad9\u7684\u516c\u958b\u8aaa\u660e\uff0cFDA \u98df\u54c1\u7ba1\u5236\u67b6\u69cb\u4e3b\u8981\u5305\u542b\u5169\u9805\u5f37\u5236\u6027\u8981\u6c42\uff1a\u98df\u54c1\u8a2d\u65bd\u8a3b\u518a\uff08Food Facility Registration\uff09\u8207\u9032\u53e3\u4e8b\u524d\u901a\u77e5\uff08Prior Notice of Imported Food\uff09\u3002\u524d\u8005\u7528\u65bc\u5efa\u7acb\u88fd\u9020\u3001\u52a0\u5de5\u3001\u5305\u88dd\u6216\u5132\u5b58\u8a2d\u65bd\u7684\u767b\u8a18\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u5f8c\u8005\u5247\u7528\u65bc\u5728\u98df\u54c1\u5be6\u969b\u9032\u53e3\u524d\u63d0\u4f9b\u7522\u54c1\u8207\u904b\u8f38\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5b98\u65b9\u4f86\u6e90<\/strong>\uff1a<br \/>\n\ud83d\udcc4 FDA Food Facility Registration<br \/>\n\ud83d\udd17 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/food\/food-facility-registration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/food\/food-facility-registration<\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>\u4e8c\u3001\u98df\u54c1\u8a2d\u65bd\u8a3b\u518a\u6a19\u6e96\u5224\u65b7<\/h3>\n<p>\u98df\u54c1\u8a2d\u65bd\u8a3b\u518a\u7684\u9069\u7528\u7bc4\u570d\uff0c\u53d6\u6c7a\u65bc\u8a72\u8a2d\u65bd\u662f\u5426\u6d89\u53ca\u88fd\u9020\u3001\u52a0\u5de5\u3001\u5305\u88dd\u6216\u5132\u5b58\u4f9b\u4eba\u985e\u6216\u52d5\u7269\u98df\u7528\u7684\u98df\u54c1\uff0c\u4e14\u8a72\u98df\u54c1\u5c07\u9032\u5165\u7f8e\u570b\u5883\u5167\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f9d\u64da FDA \u65bc\u300a\u751f\u7269\u6050\u6016\u4e3b\u7fa9\u6cd5\u6848\u300b\uff08Bioterrorism Act\uff09\u4e0b\u516c\u5e03\u4e4b\u8a2d\u65bd\u8a3b\u518a\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u82e5\u8a2d\u65bd\u4f4d\u65bc\u7f8e\u570b\u5883\u5916\uff0c\u4e14\u5176\u7522\u54c1\u5c07\u76f4\u63a5\u6216\u9593\u63a5\u9032\u5165\u7f8e\u570b\u5e02\u5834\uff0c\u5373\u9700\u5b8c\u6210\u8a2d\u65bd\u8a3b\u518a\u3002\u6b64\u8a3b\u518a\u9700\u63d0\u4f9b\u8a2d\u65bd\u540d\u7a31\u3001\u5730\u5740\u3001\u7522\u54c1\u985e\u5225\u53ca\u7f8e\u570b\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\uff08U.S. Agent\uff09\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5224\u65b7\u91cd\u9ede\u5305\u542b\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u8a2d\u65bd\u662f\u5426\u76f4\u63a5\u6d89\u53ca\u98df\u54c1\u88fd\u9020\u6216\u52a0\u5de5<\/li>\n<li>\u7522\u54c1\u662f\u5426\u5c07\u9032\u5165\u7f8e\u570b\u5e02\u5834\uff08\u542b\u900f\u904e\u96fb\u5546\u5e73\u53f0\uff09<\/li>\n<li>\u8a2d\u65bd\u662f\u5426\u5df2\u6307\u5b9a\u7f8e\u570b\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u5b98\u65b9\u4f86\u6e90<\/strong>\uff1a<br \/>\n<h3>\u4e09\u3001\u9032\u53e3\u4e8b\u524d\u901a\u77e5\u6a19\u6e96\u5224\u65b7<\/h3>\n<p>\u9032\u53e3\u4e8b\u524d\u901a\u77e5\uff08Prior Notice\uff09\u5c6c\u65bc\u6bcf\u6279\u8ca8\u7269\u9032\u53e3\u524d\u7684\u5f37\u5236\u6027\u7533\u5831\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u63d0\u4f9b\u7522\u54c1\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3001\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u8cc7\u8a0a\u53ca\u9810\u8a08\u62b5\u9054\u6642\u9593\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f9d\u64da FDA \u7684\u4e8b\u524d\u901a\u77e5\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u9032\u53e3\u81f3\u7f8e\u570b\u7684\u98df\u54c1\u5747\u9700\u5728\u62b5\u9054\u524d\u900f\u904e FDA \u7684 Prior Notice System Interface\uff08PNSI\uff09\u7cfb\u7d71\u63d0\u4ea4\u901a\u77e5\uff0c\u901a\u77e5\u5167\u5bb9\u9700\u5305\u542b\u7522\u54c1\u63cf\u8ff0\u3001\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3001\u9032\u53e3\u5546\u8cc7\u8a0a\u53ca\u904b\u8f38\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5224\u65b7\u91cd\u9ede\u5305\u542b\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u662f\u5426\u70ba\u6bcf\u6279\u8ca8\u7269\u5747\u9700\u63d0\u4ea4\uff08\u975e\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\uff09<\/li>\n<li>\u63d0\u4ea4\u6642\u9593\u9700\u7b26\u5408\u904b\u8f38\u65b9\u5f0f\u898f\u5b9a\uff08\u6d77\u904b\u81f3\u5c11 \/>\n<h3>\u56db\u3001\u53f0\u7063\u8ce3\u5bb6\u5e38\u898b\u8aa4\u5340<\/h3>\n<p>\u53f0\u7063\u8ce3\u5bb6\u5728\u7406\u89e3 FDA rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.cbp.gov\/trade\/basic-import-export\/importing-food<\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>\u4e94\u3001Amazon \u5e73\u53f0\u7684 FDA \u8981\u6c42<\/h3>\n<p>Amazon \u4f5c\u70ba\u7f8e\u570b\u4e3b\u8981\u96fb\u5546\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u98df\u54c1\u985e\u8ce3\u5bb6\u8a2d\u6709 FDA \u76f8\u95dc\u5be9\u6838\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u7528\u65bc\u78ba\u8a8d\u8ce3\u5bb6\u5df2\u5b8c\u6210\u8a2d\u65bd\u8a3b\u518a\u4e26\u5177\u5099\u5408\u6cd5\u9032\u53e3\u8cc7\u683c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f9d\u64da Amazon Seller Central \u7684\u5b98\u65b9\u653f\u7b56\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u8ce3\u5bb6\u5728\u4e0a\u67b6\u98df\u54c1\u985e\u7522\u54c1\u6642\uff0c\u9700\u63d0\u4f9b FDA \u8a2d\u65bd\u8a3b\u518a\u865f\u78bc\uff08Registration Number\uff09\u4f5c\u70ba\u5be9\u6838\u4f9d\u64da\u3002\u6b64\u8981\u6c42\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u6240\u6709\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u7ad9\u9ede\u92b7\u552e\u98df\u54c1\u7684\u8ce3\u5bb6\uff0c\u7121\u8ad6\u7522\u54c1\u4f86\u6e90\u5730\u70ba\u4f55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5224\u65b7\u91cd\u9ede\u5305\u542b\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Amazon \/>\n<h3>\u516d\u3001\u53f0\u7063\u5b98\u65b9\u6a5f\u69cb\u7684\u8f14\u5c0e\u8cc7\u6e90<\/h3>\n<p>\u53f0\u7063\u8ce3\u5bb6\u5728\u6e96\u5099 FDA \u76f8\u95dc\u8981\u6c42\u6642,\u53ef\u53c3\u8003\u7d93\u6fdf\u90e8\u570b\u969b\u8cbf\u6613\u7f72\u3001\u885b\u751f\u798f\u5229\u90e8\u98df\u54c1\u85e5\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u7f72\u53ca\u5916\u8cbf\u5354\u6703\u6240\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u8f14\u5c0e\u8cc7\u6e90\u8207\u8aaa\u660e\u6587\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f9d\u64da\u7d93\u6fdf\u90e8\u570b\u969b\u8cbf\u6613\u7f72\u7684\u8f38\u7f8e\u98df\u54c1\u898f\u5b9a\u8aaa\u660e,\u53f0\u7063\u98df\u54c1\u51fa\u53e3\u81f3\u7f8e\u570b\u6642\u9700\u7b26\u5408
